Excellent price and customer service. When I needed to change delivery date they were very helpful. We got a fraser fir which looked great and smelled wonderful.

The tree itself was great quality, but the delivery and collection service were terrible. First, the installation was not great and eventually fell next day, and then during collection they had not trim and cut of tree, it left a big mess in common area as they just pull it out of my apartment all the way, that I got charged for cleaning the mess at £45 from my property management.

Delivery was fine but the collection absolutely below par. One person came to collet a 9 foot tree. He cut the branches oof and took them down but then disappeared leaving me with the tree as well as the tree holder

This is our third time using tree to me and each time it's been an excellent experience.

Excellent tree collection service. Tree was bagged meaning it left minimal mess and hardly any pine needles!! Very efficient and driver was nice and polite. Will definitely be using tree2me next year

HoHoHo. What a great service. I ordered on a Sunday and our tree arrived on Monday. The very jolly driver brought the tree to the door. The beautiful aroma continues to fill the room and very few needles have dropped. It will be a shame to take it down. Thank you Tree2me.

I paid for delivery to room, my tree was dumped on my communal doorstep with no human in sight (I live in a second floor flat) with the top branch snapped off. I have emailed the company three times to no answer, have not had a refund for the difference in delivery to room and delivery to communal front door. Hence the one star review. I do not recommend as they did not deliver what they charged me for, and for totally ignoring my complaint.

Very easy delivery. The tree wasn’t as fresh as previous years and started to droop towards the end of December.

Tree2me failed in all respects - service and quality of tree very poor.

Booked delivery a month in advance and paid for delivery on a particular date and during a stated window of time. On the day and during the slot delivery was due, the delivery time on tracking got gradually later and later, until it was supposedly due to arrive at 10:30pm (9pm was supposed to be the latest time) before the driver/ company cancelled the delivery for that day at around 9:30pm. Tree2me’s only explanation the next day was that Black Friday orders that day (day for delivery was Black Friday) had led to an influx of orders overloading the courier, which seems complete nonsense as orders placed that day would not be for delivery the same day. In any event, appalling given we had placed our order a month before and locked in a delivery slot.

Asked to cancel the order as would not be around for a redelivery - first person from Tree2me confirmed that this was a possibility and I confirmed that is what was required. Whilst away and ignoring this instruction, they ‘delivered’ the tree anyhow and just left it outside the front of our home. Returned home a day or so later to discover this…

Took the tree in and needles were dropping everywhere (despite the mesh around it). Set-up in a stand and unwrapped it, many more needles falling off. At this point, also discovered what poor condition the tree was in generally - a number of large branches snapped, many more soft and drooping - it was not a healthy tree or one that appeared to have been looked after.

After some pressing with comms, Tree2me did offer to replace the tree but this was too little too late and we had zero confidence that it would deliver when required or that the product would be any better. There was no offer to even refund the delivery charge, which was a disgrace.

In the strongest terms, would advise against using this company.

The tree was pretty awful unfortunately. I've had potted trees from other suppliers in the past and they have generally come well established in the pot. This one had clearly recently been dug up, had most of its roots hacked off, and shoved into a pot of sandy dirt. It looked tatty and miserable. It arrived not even in the pot, just kind of alongside it, with the dirt spilling out everywhere. I replanted it with some decent compost in the hope that it might get through the season. Two stars rather than one only because the tree arrived within the designated delivery timeline.

Chose the tree and install service and it was a disaster. The tree was decent but the delivery person just brought the tree inside the placed it in the stand and left. Without removing the mesh covering and apparently not sawing off the bottom before bringing it in to install. The tree didn’t absorb any water and was dry and brittle within a week with the needles falling off with the gentlest of touches.

Bit of a misunderstanding about the delivery date but customer service was great 😊 fabulous tree and the delivery guy bought it in and put it in the stand! Brilliant 🤩

Very easy to order, great communication and reliable!

We have used this company for two years now. The tree they provide is of wonderful quality and the customer service is very good. However, both years the delivery has been much later than expected, with the tree arriving long after the delivery slot. The first year it came after we had gone to bed. This was a shame as we had waited in all day and been excited to decorate it together on a weekend day. Once I can understand, but twice suggests that the delivery planning needs some improvement. Upon contacting the company, they were very quick to respond and were helpful and friendly. They found out where the tree was and gave me an estimate for the delivery time. However, I'm not sure I would use them again because of this.

My tree arrived as promised.
Sadly I have not been able to use it as it was in a shocking condition.
The pot was broken and dirty and had lost a lot of soil.
The tree was tiny, the height was made up with 30cm of bare stem.
I did not expect a perfect tree as I know they come in all shapes and sizes but this one was terrible.
I sent photos to the company and was offered a replacement but as it was already the 19th December felt it was too late.
I suggested that they collected the tree and gave me a refund. I have heard nothing back.

We are so pleased with our Fraser. Looks amazing. Delivery was perfect with live updates on our selected day. 100% would recommend.

The trees arrived on time, perfect. Both of them are wonderful in shape and height - we could not have chosen better for ourselves.
Just the pickup service to come, and I have hopes that it will be just as efficient.
