As stated in our online shipping policy, we do not promise delivery dates. We offer preferred delivery dates, and while we always do our best to meet them, they cannot be guaranteed. Because we use an external courier service, there are occasionally delays or gaps in the information available to us; this was the case with your delivery.

The tree arrived a day earlier than my specified date so I was out at the time . As we looked at the tree there is an indentation in the cortex. We haven't had this type of thing before so I thought it would be worthwhile sending a photo of it to you . We have planted the tree and are hoping for the best

We ordered a crab apple tree for a birthday gift for my daughter. It arrived in perfect time. The tree is lovely, tall, slim with some autumnal leaves still attached and lots of clusters of bright red crab apples. This is the third time I have bought tree gifts from this company. They have always survived and produced beautiful blossoms. The staff, if you need to contact them are friendly and helpful.

Placed an order, but was informed that they weren't happy with the quality of the rose I had ordered, so refunded me.
I then received an updated call to say they had found a better specimen, and we re did the order.
