Tree damaged upon delivery...
Tree arrived in damaged packaging on its side. The main stem of the tree was snapped and hanging off by a bit of bark, with practically no soil left in the plastic pot. Appreciate this may be down to the courier but they do reflect and represent the seller. Really disappointing.

I had a great experience shopping with Trees Direct. They were very easy to order from and the website was informative. I was an initially concerned as the photos so often don’t reflect the reality but in this case I was totally mistaken! They were very reasonably priced in comparison to some and delivery was excellent. The tree itself was a little beauty and I was thrilled with it as was my sister. I ordered the “birthday” option and it came with a lovely ribbon and handwritten card at no extra cost. I would thorough recommend. I am hoping I can order a Flamingo tree through them when I can ascertain whether my poor one died in the drought despite watering. Not sure of their range yet.

I ordered my Hawthorn tree in a pot…
I ordered my Hawthorn tree in a pot online with no problem. It was acknowledged and I was advised when it had been despatched. It arrived within a few days and was delivered on time with no problem and the driver handed the box to me and was very pleasant. When I took the tree out of the box I was really pleased as it is a lovely shape and looks very healthy. I am taking great care of it and look forward to seeing it bloom next Spring followed by the haws. I am very happy with my purchase.
