We completely understand the disappointment about the fruit coming off during transit. It’s actually quite common and part of a tree’s natural cycle, especially during transport, and while some trees do go out with fruit, we don’t guarantee this as the focus is always on delivering a strong, healthy tree that will thrive for years to come.
We do our best to set those expectations clearly, so we were a little disheartened to see the 4-star rating. That said, we truly value all feedback and would love to know is there anything we could have done differently to have made it a 5-star experience for you aside from the tree arriving with fruit attached? Fantastic
Well I bought a tree in middle of summer (heatwave) so wasn’t expecting much as delivery took a couple of days. Needed to soak in a bucket of water but soon bounced back. Size of tree was amazing. Was advertised as 5-6 feet but was easily 10 feet tall (huge). Now getting established and super healthy. Would definitely buy from these guys again. Well done 👍

Healthy trees delivered quickly
I ordered three potted trees (green elder, Kilmarnock willow and wild cherry) - each arrived perfectly healthy within a couple of days, well packaged and with moist soil. Great selection of native trees.

Fantastic Trees and People
We ordered several trees from the team at the end of May 2025 including a Weeping Silver Birch and a Crab Apple tree. Unfortunately despite careful packaging these two trees were damaged by the courier. After confirming the damage, new trees were dispatched with a new courier and carefully managed into our garden to both stand front and centre. Shout out to Tori and Poppy in their responsiveness and tenacity in getting the damaged trees replaced and with us.
