Almost made a decision not to do…

Almost made a decision not to do business again because I had to wait 11 days for this package after shipping out. Other than that my concern was addressed very quickly by Jessica of Customer Service twice. Within a day after the second interaction, my iPad cover was to me in two days. I live in Maryland. The iPad cover came from New York. The case is very well constructed, beautiful, holds my iPad safe and sound. Believe I can now shake hands with Trendhypecase in agreeing that this case is very put together and that I can continue to do business with them. Thank you.

So Happy with My Purchase

So, it may have taken a while for me to receive my item in the mail, but it was well worth the wait. This company definitely remains professional and has earned my business. Sometimes there are shipping issues (which happened to me) but the customer service was phenomenal. If you have issues, I would give this company a chance to make things right. They did so for me, and I plan to buy from them again.

If it looks too good … Make sure it actually gets mailed.

This is a case where the knockoff looked better than the brand name. But everything goes down hill from there. I ordered a LV phone case from Trendhypecase … I checked out their reviews so I placed an order. Received a tracking number a day later from USPS with the message: USPS awaiting item. I placed the order on 5/25/2025 and today is the 6/1/2025 and the item has still not been received by USPS. Turns out their shipping partner UCTS TRADING INC that Trendhypecase uses has a consistently negative review on all social media platforms. Don’t take my word for it … check it out for yourself. Will let you know if I receive phone case. FYI … If you have any chance of getting your money back … don’t use a debit card only use a credit card.

10 star customer service I ordered a LV iPad 13 case fantastic quality could not be happier with it. I also ordered an LV small card case which was not color I thought I ordered! I contacted them. They responded right away. It turned out. It was my mistake, but they still said they would send me the color I meant to order at no charge!!! I have already placed another order for more items. Excellent company…. With excellent quality products.!

Excellent service and quality. I ordered the Apple watch strap but it was too big despite fitting was for a 42-45mm. I sent an email to trendhype and received a response right away. They asked me my watch size and arranged to send a free one. Great support and company. 😊

The quality of L/V cases are handcrafted and the design beautiful. However, my order did not come with correct size. I sent an email to trendhype.ca. I received a response right away.
