My experience was wonderful. I ordered two name necklaces that I wasn’t fully happy with so I contacted customer service and they were great at returning the two I received and resending new ones that were much better. I was extremely happy with the product and the customer service. Would definitely buy again!

Always got my jewelry on time and customer service is awesome and helpful! The only thing is the jewelry can get worn out easily and I’ve had a couple of pieces break within 6 months to a year, but they have always taken care of me.

I have ordered 2 items so far. A name chain for myself and a dog tag photo charm necklace for my son which got me a free bracelet! Every item was stellar! Especially the photo charm. Nameplate
I ordered a nameplate, which came very quickly.. I then realized my nameplate was to short, so after contacting customer service, they sent me extenders for it for no charge.. which I appreciate
So then a couple months later I added a a other nameplate to my collection.. and plan to add more in the near future
My nameplate are still shiny like brand new, great quality..thank you
