I didn’t want to give a star as couldn't go no further on here without it but my husband also bought a treadmill £60 they sent an email confirming but can’t contact them he phoned his credit card company wondering if it was a reputable company and felt scammed but reading these comments I think it’s a def scam the credit card company advised to wait see if treadmill turns up but at least he logged it with them card transaction has been generated so hubby will pay it but see what happens with them investigating the matter if no show of a treadmill …I thought he bought it thru Amazon 🤷‍♀️😫

They are a scam Even though I got my money back from credit card as item was never delivered ,they are crooks , supposed they still on website not been blocked and

Please do not order from this site. I ordered BBQ grill over a month ago. To date they have not delivered. I have sent several emails to them with no response.

Bought a outside storage box £83.78 on the 4th August still not received from the the scammed operation and still for sale today

If I could give zero stars I would and I'd highly recommend that no one purchases from here as it's a big scam and I don't understand how they are getting away with it.

I ordered a walking treadmill, received email confirmation and delivery date. No item received, tried emailing and calling no response.
Telephoned my bank today to begin a fraud claim where i was informed that they had set up a subscription on my bank account monthly to take £60 how they have managed this is beyond me. Please check Your accounts if you have ordered and been conned by these people.

Trevion has failed to deliver my order after payment of £60. My order number for a foldable treadmill is #7737.

The phone number on their contact page is invalid.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, please do not order from these people, they do not respond to emails, the item did not arrive luckily Lloyds are going to refund in 15 days big scam, and also the payment goes to a different place not trevio!!!?

Placed an order never received
No response to my emails as email address provided doesnt exist neither does phone number .Please ensure you read reviews b4 placing an order unlike this muppet .Someone is placing adverts and using shopify and have recently updated their catalogue so as to rip off innocent consumers sat quietly raking money in.My bank wont refund me until they hear back from them and guess what no response !!

Ordered walking pad £60 on 8th August got instant email preparing to send etc heard nothing since sent 2 messages on there contact form plus email that email address which actually set alarm bells of as looked not like company one so put in Trevion reviews and low and behold theres loads people not received items its a total scam im so annoyed should realised £60 walking pad was cheap nearly got one of Amazon then saw this company name come up thought ok how can shopify alow these low lifes to carry on they need black list them hopefully will get money back through my bank let them know please people do not use this company there low life acum bags scamming people and Shopify let this happen never buy anything to do with shopify now either back to good old Amazon for me

They are thieves running scam operations. I regret that I didn't look at the reviews before purchasing from them. But the question remains, where is HMRC, AML Regulations? Is it not an Economic Crime? Why aren't you doing anything to stop these activities. It is very simple and easy to catch them, if you want or wish. But, it seems you are only behind few individuals who failed to pay couple of pounds as income tax.

Utter Con artists. Placed my order for 2020 litre garden storage box, and they took my £300. No follow up. Sent them 3 emails - no reply. Reported them as fraudsters via Mastercard

Omg I feel so stupid just sent what appears to be a bunch of scammers £210 didn’t think nothing of it good deal got confirmation of payment then noticed name Amassi and French location which raised alarms came straight here and fear yep they done me too
I’ve contacted bank hopefully they’ll can refund me

Trevion appears to sell most items but in particular high end garden furniture and equipment. Once paid you will not hear from them or see what you have ordered. Please avoid. It is time the company behind this was closed down.

Scam

Ordered an item from Trevion. Money was taken from AUTOM in France. Items wasn't delivered and no reply from email. This is a Proper scam and cheating company. I wonder how they are still operating in the UK and ripping innocent people's money. Justice will come soon
