I also should have read reviews before ordering garden storage box.It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed order and have not received any goods or communication from this firm. I have emailed them but had no response. Disgusting.DO NOT USE THIS SPAM COMPANY

Biggest Scam!!! Do not buy, never send the goods or response. So glad I used my credit card otherwise I would have lost alot of money.

Dont bother. No replies to emails. Phone unrecognised
Address is small house in Doncaster.
No delivery. No where to turn. Site is still up scamming.

We ordered something from this bunch for £65. They took 2 payments! We then found out via our bank that the company is based in France not in the UK as suggested!!!
Fortunately the bank managed to stop both payments.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
We were lucky and got onto the bank quickly, you may not be so lucky!

I would give no stars for this company if I could.Ordered cordless lawn mower,they took my money but never sent my goods.I emailed and phoned all to no avail.Do not use this company as they will rip you off.I believe it is a rogue company.

Do not buy from this company. A completer scam. Didn’t receive an email or text confirming my order and only after I’d ordered did I begin to be suspicious and begin to read the reviews of the website. The money is current pending in my bank account so I’ve contacted my bank so inform them I believe it is a scam by try can’t do anything for 10 working days so I’ve got to wait even though they probably know already that I’ve been scammed - shame they can’t stop the pending payment right now

Same as everyone else, ordered a storage box , then nothing , have emailed and nothing again - will be contacting Amex today to begin refund process but it seems this website exists to take money from credit card companies- why doesn’t google post reviews by company websites ?

This company seems to be operating on shopify but doesn't exist to provide goods just to Rob the money, how is it still being allowed to trade???

This company is a scam. Ordered Garden storage box all looked legit, but after the initial order confirmation no dispatched or delivery confirmation emails received as you would expect.Looked online to find I was not alone.Raised a dispute thru Amex and have received a refund.

Same as everyone else but did not go through with the purchase. They still stole my details and charged me even though I did not confirm the purchase because I checked the reviews and erased the information before confirming.

Ordered Air Con at £199, nothing happened, contacted Nat West CC and money was returned within 48H. You have been warned about Trevion.

Thos company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. The fact that my bank refunded my payment in full within minutes of reporting the matter tells me they are well known to the banks.
