My print arrived on time, but with no protective/forming cardboard to keep it smooth. Arrived loosely rolled in a shipping triangle with many bumps and creases. Very disappointed.

I ordered a backlit lamp as a gift for my son, and it was delivered to my door. My son is delighted with the gift, the name and game number look perfect, and when the backlight turns on, it’s just super! True, I ordered the lamp a week before my son’s birthday, and production and delivery took three weeks, so for everyone who is planning to place an order, plan to do it in advance. I recommend this site to everyone - we were satisfied!!

The light that came, the cord was bad and the light didn’t work repaired both now it’s working

Love the piece, it was placed by my front door. I did not like the silver screws and cover so I replaced the with bronze screws from HD and are totally invisible.

My order was damaged during shipping. It happens. But the lack of customer service nearly every step of the way in getting a replacement was simply unacceptable.

I ordered 10 custom polo shirts and 10 custom t-shirts for our pool teams. It did take longer than expected but the graphics dept. did a great job with my changes and the shirts are a fantastic material. We were very satisfied.

Zero stars. After waiting two months for my “rug”. It finally arrived. Not a rug but a cheap rubber mat with iron logo of Notre Dame.
I ve been texting with Trilogy ever since asking for a refund since item was misrepresented and came folded and damaged.
They never answer their business phone. After another 3 weeks of back and forth emails they refused to refund me. I will now pursue my refund through my charge acct company.
DO NOT use Trilogy Gift!!!
Stick to Amazon.

My item came damaged and I still haven’t received a label to return or a refund. I sent photos and all as proof.

Expected it to be a bit bigger and it didn’t come with the lights, this was bought for my grandson for his 13th birthday to be used as a glow light in his bedroom
