Will I ever get my order?

I placed my order on 2/16/26. It’s now 3/10/26 and I’ve yet to receive my order. I’ve contacted support twice. Today they answered back saying it will be shipped via UPS and I’ll need to go to my local UPS store to pick it up??? Why not my house like every other package? I’m pretty leery of ever getting the sign I ordered. Even if I do, it’s been a wild waiting process. I guess I should have read the reviews before ordering.

SCAMMED napkin holders! Buyer beware!!

Ordered 2 napkin holders. They came bsck and told me they didn't charge enough and would need additional funds. It was cheaper than another supplier so after negotiating I submitted a few dollars more.
After many weeks I received the 2 metal napkin holders. However they were not what was promised nor what I paid for. The package was full of rust!.. metal rust!! I had to take it to the garage to fully remove the items. They were rusted together. Total garbsge and if not careful could cut oneself and get tetnitus! The items are suppose to be smooth rustic looking yet modern horse and a bird napkin holders. These wlare garbage. I contacted them and they said for extra money they could finish the napkin holders so they are smooth. Otherwise they are rust.
This is insane! Total scam!

Do not buy any of these shoes. They are horrible. They’re Styrofoam and you’re paying $79. I think I paid for Maga shoes and they will not return them. This company is horrible and it is not in the United States.

The customization on the shirt was everything I asked for, the 50/50 blend ensures that the shirt will last longer and the attention to detail was next level. Emma the rep I worked with, was responsive to my requests and after asking for what specifics I wanted, she knew what to look for and where to find it. With the Boot Camp stencil script it reminds me where I’ve been and the crow on my shoulder shows me how far I’ve come. When it comes to veteran products I will be coming back to these guys.

Ordered an expensive sign…FAIL

Update: got your reply. Is it possible a Chinese company is pretending to be your company online? Like a imposter? I researched and the information about your company doesn’t really align with the experience I had. Also, the communication I received about the order was not as eloquent as your message below. Original review; Ordered an expensive sign that lights up and after a long wait received a crappy small sign with no lights. Emailed customer service will update with their response but this company is not shipping from the USA, they are using DHL - China. If you want to buy china crap don’t buy from their websites direct that Google has optimized to be ALL OVER every search. Go to Amazon and buy from a reputable company. This is the second and LAST TIME I have ripped off by a Chinese retailer online. They put fake good reviews out there…these people are scammers don’t get tricked like I did.

Fantastic customer service, care and quality.

The personal, caring customer service is exemplary! And the quality of the product, matched with the customizing work is top-quality! I was very specific in my custom order request. And as the Aeticon customer service team worked with the production and quality control teams, there was some communication breaks, which resulted in errors in my initial order.
