The item I recieved was decent but not as expected
The item I recieved was nice, but much smaller than expected. While the measurements may have been accurate, a picture or drawing dispaly for reference would have been very helpful. The rack cannot adequately hold the medals I want to display. I also don't like that the medals have to be mounted before the reack is secured to the wall. It makes it difficult to change them out.

Texas-themed clock
I ordered a Texas-themed clock, and it is truly beautiful to look at. I love that it is made of metal and the rustic look is perfect. However, it did not arrive well packaged and in working order. The hands were packaged separately inside, so there was some assembly required, which I could handle, but for the price I expected it to arrive ready to go. Perhaps the hands were left for me to install so they wouldn't get damaged in shipment, but they were bent anyway, and I was not able to completely straighten them. The big difficulty was that the stem where the hands are mounted had not been properly protected. It poked through the packaging during shipment and was damaged. I emailed, and discussed options back and forth, and because I was anxious to use the clock, I opted for replacing the power unit, not wait for a whole new clock. It took as long to get the replacement part as it did the clock; I saw shipping updates only after after I emailed again and asked about the delay. Everyone was very polite and professional in their communications, very solicitous, so it makes me sad to say it, but I doubt I will try ordering from them again.

The X-Large Squirrel Metal Silhouette…
The X-Large Squirrel Metal Silhouette Wind Direction Indicator Weathervane I purchased is beautiful. It arrived quickly and well packaged.
However, I'm greatly concerned about the lack of reinforcement where the decorative piece attaches to the vertical mounting rod. It's extremely flimsy. So much so that if I hold it horizontally by the rod, the weight of the squirrel bends the metal significantly.
I didn't realize this until the roofers started to work and only had two days to find a solution. There's only an email listed, no phone number for Top TRENDYGEAR on the paperwork or internet. This doesn't make for acceptable customer service since time limitations may be an issue. That and the flimsiness of the metal are the only reasons for the 3 star rating.
I reinforced the weakest part and can only hope that is enough to protect my $277.39 investment.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a Camaro metal sign for a gift with engraving. Arrived well packaged, beautiful bright colors for art work, heavy gauge metal with perfect engraving. Due to the engraving, arrived in 3-4 weeks, which was expected. It’s a real prize!

Air Force Hat
I ordered a hat for my husband for Father's Day. It was for the Air Force and had his name, rank and years he served on it. I spent a little extra and ordered a hat box and, although the box arrived crushed, the hat was in perfect condition and is beautiful. I was thrilled with the product, as was my husband who is very proud of his military service. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful product!

I placed an order and it took forever…
I placed an order and it took forever to receive. Upon ordering I confirmed and reconfirmed the order before approving it. When I finally did receive it, it was not right. This company is very difficult to reach, and the phone number provided is not a good number. No one ever answer and after a few rings it just hangs up. I will be reporting this to the federal trade commission.
