Customer service is impeccable
Customer service is impeccable! Emma was the agent you served me and she gave awesome service. Product quality was great! Better than I expected for the price. I have to take away one star for the shipping company (uniuni) which provides very limited tracking and no delivery options. Carpets also come folded which is cheaper to deliver, but not the best for the product. The staff was very helpful to provide tips to remove folds and wrinkles.

About 4 weeks ago I purchased tennis shoes with a ‘MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN’ size 8.5 Well on my surprise I got size 40 made in China. I was so disappointed. I sent them email and they responded. Back and forth with an about 10 or so emails, tgey apologized and told me they can do nothing for me. Comparing sizes 8.5 is equal to size 40. I disputed charges and my bank told me that I ordered size 8.5 and without contacting me first and asking if I wanted size 40. Case closed. Besides that material is cheap and this people are very dishonest. They are fraud same as Rotita. I’m going to send copies and letter to President Trump. I don’t think his slogan MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, make in China is going to be pleasant to President Trump. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE FRAUDS …!!!!!

Don't bother with these guys
Ordered a weather vane that was described to have a roof mount to secure to the ridge of a roof. The weather was OK but the mounting and directional assembly (NorthSouthEastWest) were totally unusable. The tube to fit inside the vane were the same diameter as the vane; hence they did not fit. The screws and bolt supplied to attach the N S E W pointers were mis-threaded, so they wouldn't work. Had to but a proper set myself. Contacted suppliers several times but got some silly how to assemble video about a different product. Currently having credit card recover charges.
