Parcel is with Evri, has been for more than 3 weeks, all im getting is a bot replying telling me evri send automated messaged its still in transit. Absolutely disgusting service and no real way of contacting.
Also tried to take another 63.98 out of my account after I've complained! Not made another order! Just wanted my order!
So no parcel and lost money.

OMG What a scam!!!!!!!!
I have now been charged for two orders that I have yet to receive! The first one at a discount price that they are flashing everywhere an d a 116$ for the second one.
I tried to cancel my second order since the first one is not here and they told me if I did that I would be charged back for the discount I received on the first phantom order.
WTF.
I am furious. They look so legitimate but I guess that is how scammed work.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP.

This has to be a scam, ordered over a month again and haven't received anything other than them trying to charge £608 to my bank card.....

Placed an order in good faith, packing label vreated, but Royal Mail have not received the package, the order has been in this stage for a while. I have emailed the company on several occasions with no response and now they have taken a further and much higher payment for a subscription you cannot cancel, I am disputing both payments through my bank

I placed an order over a month ago, and did not sign up for a subscription. Randomly I was charge on my credit card for another order…. I’ve been trying to contact customer service multiple times and nothing. I also tried the link they give you to cancel and it’s not doing anything. I am glad I am not the only one dealing with this issue but this isn’t right.

My experience is about the same as everyone else. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and ever since I ordered I have been trying to cancel my subscription that they automatically set up. Today I received a new charge of $157 for an order I did not place, and on top of that, I still have not received the first order!
I kind of get it if it was a month out, but it’s been 2 weeks since the first order. Needless to say, I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Total scam!

Would give no stars if I could, ordered product, never came then they tried to charge me 107 .. thankfully bank stopped it .... Avoid Avoid

This company is a scam. Placed an order about 3 weeks and have not received anything and then I received a confirmation for another order that is coming that I did not order. I tried to call the contact number and it says this number is not in service also emailed to cancel and no response.

I would give it a zero but it won’t let me. I’ve ordered this product never received it. Yesterday was charged another 190.00 for another shipment tried calling the number it is not in service. I emailed 3 times heard nothing back. I’ve been trying to get a refund haven’t gotten anywhere with this.

I too have been scammed by this company. Placed order, delivery company advised they collected my order. Nearly 3 weeks later nothing received. No response from Trimtaste and delivery company are investigating but advised me to contact seller and ask for refund / replacement. Not getting anywhere!!

If I could give this a -1000 I would. I never write reviews but this place actually just pissed me off. Tell me why I order ($60) and it never came, whatever, I honestly was already doubtful from the start. BUT THEN they charge $200 too my card. Apparently they saved my card info and signed me up for “refills” without my knowledge. Mind you when I went on to cancel this subscription, it said it will send a link to my email (it never sent) so it said contact our customer service. The customer service email was “null” literally blocked ways of contacting them. This place is a scam. I’m livid about this bs.

This is a scam company that takes your money and no way to contact them and they do not respond to anything

Got charged twice and never got the product and called # out if order.
Emailed never got a response and Emailed so they can cancel the orders haven't gotten a response yet and ask for a refund and nothing sounds like a scam...

This company trapped me in a “subscription” I never clearly agreed to. I canceled by email and they still charged me again before the first order even showed up, then only offered a tiny partial refund and tried to blame me. I had to dispute it with my bank and I’m canceling the card they charged so they can’t hit me again. Watch your statements and read the fine print, or just avoid them

Ordered this for a friend, advertised this to come with cellulite cream (which my friend doesn't need) totalling £20.

To my astonishment a total of £56 came out from my account, I've sent several emails to the company asking them to cancel the, no response. Indeed scammers!

Never received my order!

Fraud, phone number doesn’t work. Emails aren’t answered. Placed one order never received and just now got an order confirmation (which I didn’t order) for 201.06. BUYER BEWARE

It seems as though my experience with this company mirrors most others. I placed an order about 3 weeks ago now and there's been no response except for label created. On top of that they just tried charging my card for $158.85 without warning and I absolutely DID NOT sign up for any subscription service, especially when I haven't even received my first order. This company/brand is a complete scam. Deal with them at your own risk, I wish I'd searched reviews beforehand.

Absolutely a scam! I placed an order back on March 26 for the buy 3 get 2 free of the cutting drink mix as well as the skin tightening cellulite cream and apple cider vinegar gummies. This was for a total of $129.98 which was charged to my credit card. I never received it and emailed the company to find out the status. I discovered today that instead of responding to my email, they placed a new order for 5 of the cutting drink mix and no additional products for a total of $181.11. I reached out via email to them again today demanding that they cancel the two orders (1 unauthorized) and refund my money from both. I absolutely DID NOT sign up for a subscription. I have also informed my credit card of these disputes. Waiting to hear back from both the company and my credit card about this.

If I could give a zero star I would! This isn’t a company, it is a scam!! First one didn’t arrive, then they took a further £58 out of my account which was double the price I paid first time around, and it has never arrived. AVOID at all costs!!
