Absolutely a scam, no online ability to cancel a subscription and they just keep shipping and billing. The phone number on their website is no longer in service.

As most of you have stated, these people are scamming. Kayla claims she removed the skin-tightening Cellulite Cream. Yesterday I found out someone added 3 more Cutting Drink Mix, another jar of the skin-tightening Cellulite Cream, another jar of the ACV gummies, and some Collagen Powder. How in the Sam blazing are you going to take my money when I haven't received the first order? Thanks to my debit card stating that this was a fraud, do I want them to take my money of 157.80? I put absolutely not

"I am absolutely disgusted with my experience with Trim Taste. I paid for drinks that I ordered, but they never arrived. I reached out to try and resolve this, yet I got no proper response or resolution.

To make matters worse, I’ve noticed they’ve been taking money out of my bank account for something described as a prescription – a service I never signed up for, agreed to, or even received any information about. This feels like unauthorized taking of funds, and it’s completely unacceptable.

Not only have I lost money on products I never got, but they’re also charging me for things I never consented to. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company to stay well away. I will be reporting this to my bank and relevant trading standards to try and get to get this sorted

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is horrible. I ordered from them March 26 and have contacted the company several times telling me it’s on its way when it’s never showed up. Last night I got an $80 charge to my credit card. I had to shut my credit card down and order a new one all because of the fraudulent charges all because of this stupid company do not order from them. It’s a complete scam.!!

If I could give a zero star I would! Don’t order you won’t get your product and you will be charged monthly and it’s impossible to cancel! I have 3 emails where she said she would stop my automatic service and billing until my product came in I was charged again today and still haven’t received my 1st order. I have disputed my charges with my bank! Phone number is a non working number.

Company is a scale they charged my card and I still haven’t received my package from over a month ago and whoever Kayla is need to be reported

Disgusting service and what a scam!!! Do not order from these people. Order doesn't arrive despite numerous emails telling me it will take 5-7 days and just apologising for the delay but repeating the same AI generated nonsense. Then, as if it wasn't bad enough that they didn't deliver the first order they took another amount of £63 off my account despite me asking them to pause the subscription. I have yet to receive anything from them and they telling me that they cannot cancel the order or refund me as it's already being processed? I have spent £100 now and received nothing! They haven't even got the goods to send and no cancellation or refund policy? Scam artists!

Total scam. I purchased on March 26th never got it then yesterday April 13th was charged 80 dollars. I didn't authorize this. I called the number and it's no longer working . I am contacting my bank today. I have reported to FBI fraud. Do not buy

Terrible! Didn’t receive my first order and then less than two weeks later was charged £153 for another order I didn’t make. Subscription link didn’t work so no way to amend my ‘subscription’, even though I didn’t create one. Blocked on my bank now and sorted but do not order!

product never delivered, just charged me £160 out of the blue, the amount i paid on there site? £45, scam of a company, now im waiting for my bank to open to dispute the charge

Buyer BEWARE!!!! I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. The tracking information says Waiting for detail. I've spoke with Kayla many times and she reassures me that order is coming and the shipper has not updated the tracking info. Tonight, I was notified that another order was placed at a cost of $157.45 using all of my information. I did not authorize this purchase and have reported it to my credit card as well as to TrimTaste. I will be following up with Legal and the BBB. This company is a SCAM!!! Do Not purchase from them...You will be sorry!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought a pack and never received it and then I got a notification a few weeks later charging $81 more to my debit card for a subscription to trim taste which I never signed up for. I cannot contact them and their phone number is fake.

SCAMMERS - ordered from then never got my order and has now taken over double what i originally spent without my consent, if you have ordered from them please contact your bank, if your thinking about ordering from them, please trust these reviews that have said the same as me first (and I can assure anyone reading this that saying that means a lot from me)

This website is a scam. They haven't sent me my drinks and are trying to charge me triple the price two weeks later.

Oh I've been scammed for sure. Even though it was a one time order I got signed up for a subscription. I cancelled the sub through their customer service. Ive havent received my first order but now have been charged for a second order 3 days after cancelling.

Would give them negative stars if I could. It’s a SCAM! You’ll never receive the item and then they place more orders as if it’s on reoccurring orders when it’s not. Had to dispute with the bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered from them thinking that it was a neat product idea. Waited about 2 weeks, didn't receive my first order, and then saw a charge or $81 for the same product I had been waiting for. Disputing this with my bank, and I sincerely hope this company burns down. Absolutely abysmal and everyone who works with this company should be thrown behind bars.

Scam scam scam! Can't believe i have been fooled. When you buy it the product NEVER TURNS UP. They also sign you up to a subscription with no consent. The next orders are DOUBLE THE PRICE. They take money for next orders without ever sending you the first. No option on website to cancel subscription. They say they will send you a cancellation request - never received it! This is a complete scam, trying to get my bank to cancel payments and refund!!!!!

I never received an order from this company. I have just found out that they have now taken more money out of my account as they have put this as a subscription.

To all others please contact your bank and get the bank to block payments.

Try to black mark their company as soon as it comes up on any media page to warn others as well.
