I’m just coming up to my first anniversary with Trinity Transformation and can’t praise the experience highly enough. Everything I’ve needed to get fit in my 50s. If you think gaining weight and losing muscle tone is inevitable, thing again. I hit my weight goal in Feb after 6 months and have maintained since + weight training is transforming my body

As a serial dieter and long time cynic I considered this programme with trepidation. After 7 years I was only getting bigger and I’d resigned myself to middle aged spread. I’m 7 months into my trinity journey and am a different woman. I’ve lost weight and am fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been with a mindset to match. I highly recommend this supportive programme. It’s transformed me!

Trinity is a fantastic experience from a weight loss perspective but also from a mindset and community perspective. Not only you will lose weight by paying attention to how much and which foods you eat, you also get to be part of a wonderful group of likeminded women and share stories and tips with them. You also get weekly coaching calls and the emotional and instrumental support of skilled weight loss and mindset coaches as well as support from the founders Ben and Rob. Highly recommended if you have been on fad diets that didn’t work- this is not one of those and that’s why it works for the long term!

Trinity Transformation's Fit over 40 programme combines tailored LIST workouts, healthy dietary advice, accountability through regular contact with coaches and a supportive community of other women on the same journey to help you remain motivated and committed through the inevitable slumps. I am in week 12 of the program and have lost over a stone in weight. I can see my collar bone for the first time in years. I feel healthy and have never ended the day feeling hungry or under fed. The workouts are an achievable length for a working mum. The TT FO40 community are a really lovely bunch.

I have lost over 2 st with Trinity and kept it off for 18 months now. The biggest transformation though has been in my mind. I'm now motivated, full of energy and am remembering things that I would never have remembered before I started. I thought my career was over as my memory had become so unreliable. I am now embarking on a new role full of confidence. If you're thinking twice about this DO IT - best investment I've EVER made

From the initial discussion to working through my first 12 weeks using Trinity, I have only good things to say about Trinity. The combination of supportive coaching, a flexible workout plan and nutrition guidance is incredibly helpful and fits with my lifestyle. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a long term lifestyle change.

This programme is not just about 'dieting' and losing weight'. Oh no, it's a lot more! The key word that springs to mind is about positive relationships- that you have with the coaches in the programme, that you have with other members- and importantly that you allow yourself to have with your once you engage with the programme. The support and advice is second to none on all matters fitness, nutrition and self-confidence, three factors which are vital as women journey through the rollercoaster of menopause. I would highly highly recommend the programme; it's become a way of life for me as I enter into the third year of subscribing. I've lost weight, my body is so much more toned and importantly I feel much more confident in myself.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Missed Appointment and Communication Issues

I was assigned to speak to someone this morning at 10:45 to gain an understanding of your program and how it could help me. It is now 11:00, and I have not received any communication indicating that they are running late or experiencing difficulty connecting with me.

I am writing to express my disappointment with this situation. Your video suggests that your service is worth the cost, but this experience has left me feeling quite disheartened. It took a lot for me to reach out and seek help, and to be met with no call, email, or text apologizing for the no-show is very discouraging.

Furthermore, I find it extremely difficult to contact your team. The only way to do so seems to be by leaving a review, which is not ideal for addressing urgent issues.

I had hoped your service would be professional and reliable enough for me to consider working with.
Update 7th July- I received a telephone call from a member from Trinity apologetic about my experience which I appreciated, and the professional behaviour I aspected from them, thank you for getting back to me.

I kept stumbling upon trinity on tik tok for weeks and weeks . Since being on HRT I’ve struggled and gained weight on top of weight that shouldn’t be there . 11 weeks in and a stone gone this program works it’s not a diet or a slog it’s just a slight tweak in your lifestyle to becoming a healthy person and to feel your best version! It is a big investment but if you want to live longer and look healthy and be slim it’s 100% worth it.

OMG if you are ready to make a change, don’t hesitate! I was so unfit, lazy, obese and I am on a fantastic journey with great coaches - never judged but you feel a healthy sense of accountability to yourself and your coach. I have been on this journey for 7.5 months and lost stone and a half eating three times a day and I now live my strength training three or four times a week. Rob and Dave have helped me sort hormones with an expert Katherine Gale and had GP check ups. BP down, diabetes risk down and generally feel so much better. In the words of Nike - just do it!!!

After trying several other companies to lose weight, I finally found the perfect fit with this one. Their attention to detail, level of knowledge and dedication is unparalleled. I am blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise that this company displays. They go above and beyond to ensure that my developmental needs are met.

I have learnt so many new things, one being that this is a "fat loss" programme not "weight loss" (I now know there is a difference!) and another to stop focusing on the scales but the many other postive wins whilst on this journey.

With the support of my lovely and very well educated one-to-one coach (Gaelle) who has guided and supported me through the up's and down's of life, I am gaining a better understanding of why I make the decisions that I do. This programme isn't about cutting carbs and fat, but combining a healthier relationship with food, mindset and excercise. I can confidently say that they have earned a lifelong supporter.

I am thankful for the accountability and the list of workouts to follow.

I have recently joined Trinity Transformation and it is exactly what I have been looking for since going through my menopause. The stepwise coaching of 3 weight training exercises per week and realistic nutrition plan is straightforward to follow and the one to one coaching helps you understand where you need to focus. Previous exercise and diet has not shifted my menopause weight gain and kept it off. I feel I have finally found a sustainable programme to help me be lean and strong as I get older in a way that my previous workouts that I have always done have not

A lot of money for nothing wouldn’t recommend this to anybody

I’m at the start of my Trinity journey but I have to say it’s been great so far. I have a personal coach on hand to give advice and the diet and exercise is simple and easy to follow.

The combination of the right type of exercise, diet and a brilliant coach makes this program unique and one that you stick with. It has a genuine supportive community so you’re not alone but on the journey with others.

A beautifully constructed programme to follow, that allows you to reach your goals with support, guidance and a wealth of invaluable information and resources. Highly recommend.
