Hi Navneet,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding the free monthly plagiarism scores included in our Premium plan.
To clarify, Premium includes two free plagiarism scores per month, which show the overall similarity percentage. Full plagiarism reports with matched sources and downloadable PDFs require credits.
We previously shared the details of this distinction, added 10 complimentary credits to your account as a goodwill gesture, and provided the direct link to access the Plagiarism Checker: https://cloud.trinka.ai/app/plagiarism-checker/upload
We understand that you are still facing difficulty accessing the free scores. If the system continues to prompt you for credits when attempting to use this feature, please share a screenshot with our support team at support@trinka.ai so we can investigate further.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. We take customer concerns seriously and would welcome the opportunity to help resolve this issue.

Progress
Having gotten past the initial missteps, I now can proofread in power mode for 5 credits at a time = 33 pages of my Word document. Earlier experience with it has taught me what to look for as I proofread without Trinka. But Trinka is necessary to catch every mistake. After I proofread the whole book, I will go back and see what more Trinka can accomplish. That should be interesting.

Trinka understands scientific language…
Trinka understands scientific language compared to other tools. The company provide a robust language tool for language editing and citations required by high-impact journals. Trinka can help by eliminating the number of credits provided for premium users and increasing the number of words for iThenticate, especially for large articles, such as reviews.
