The 15m lead that we ordered is great quality and works as described, our 14-week old Pointer has no problems running around with the lead on and is helping with training and independant exploring.

Quality Lead
Met the owner at Southport DogFest. Ordered a custom made heavy duty lead for my Labrador, Bear.
Delivery was quick. The lead is beautifully made in dark brown colour with heavy duty fittings and is really smart. Really pleased with my purchase, will probably be ordering a new collar to match soon.

Quality and customisable
We ordered two dual leads and a slip collar made from biothane for our four huskies , they are very well made and strong , we love the products so much that we will be buying three more collars for our other dogs , they have a wide range of colours and styles , the collars and leads are waterproof which is great!

Extraordinary and fast Everytime!
I have bought all my dogs things from Trinkety Paws and I've always loved each and every one of them. The harness I bought 4 years ago is still amazing. And the new lead I just got is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for: long, light and slim.

Good quality
Love the quality of these collars and have bought several. Easy to keep clean. Website not the easiest to use when choosing the colour and this time I was a little disappointed that the periwinkle blue was quite a lilac colour but my dog doesn’t care!

Dear Hedda, I am very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We are a small independent business based in the UK, that handmakes all our products to order. You had placed your order on the 13th May in the later evening and we have made and shipped your products the next day on the 14th May in the afternoon, meaning we made the product for you in less than 24 hours. I am unsure how we could have done this any faster. From the tracking I can see that your order arrived with you in Norway yesterday, meaning it was in transit for 9 business days, of which it was travelling from Oslo to your destination town for 6 days. The transit within Norway seemed to have taken longer than from the UK to Oslo. Unfortunately this is out of our control, and not a reflection of the sales price, our service or postage costs (which we don't profit from) you have been charged. You are of course welcome to pick this up with your local postal service team, but unfortunately it is nothing we could have done to improve this for you in this instance.

Steep price but short life!
On arrival Finns bright yellow Biothane collar looked superb. However, after a short period of use, the collar looks like I have had it for years! Furthermore, I was walking Finn today and noticed the collar was sitting in a strange position on his neck. Indeed, on close inspection I discovered that one of the gold grommets on the collar had fallen off. Not great quality for a relatively expensive collar. I didn’t expect to have to replace the collar after such a short period of use.
