Slow delivery then when they eventually arrived brought wrong sofa couldn't get back out for me for a few days delivery driver wanted to bring it 1st drop but they wouldn't let him and even when they brought me the right sofa I don't think it was meant for me as it had someone else's name on the box. There has been no contact from the shop / manager the after sales support does not exist I had a message from them for me to ring and book the delivery why can't they just ring customers to book very poor. When the sofa was brought into my front room something was working on it luckily the helpful delivery guys managed to fix it for me there and then

We've shopped at Trio Store in Telford a few times now, and each visit has been a great experience. Paul provided excellent customer service incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable. Previously we have purchased carpets from them and was really pleased with the quality and service. Today, we went back and bought a new sofa and a picture, and once again, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.
The stock selection is fantastic! plenty of choice, stylish options, and good value too. Highly recommend this store if you're looking for quality home furnishings and outstanding service!

Great shop in Telford!! We went at the weekend and bought a lovely corner sofa. It was already in stock and they were able to arrange delivery this week. The shop is huge and it has loads of unique things in there that you don't get everywhere else. The staff are lovely and are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and will go back!

Family run, knowledgeable, interested, and so very accommodating. Nothing was too much for team Trio and after a day of trawling the usual retail park retailers, their attention to detail and value for money was exceptional. Service very poor staff rude. Ordered wardrobes and waited 3 months for their arrivals. Delivery staff were the worst as they said our wardrobes would not fit the door and yet we have 3 seater bigger than the wardrobes. Place smell of BO and will not go there again.

Had a great experience here, the staff were very helpful and helped us get a very good deal on a mattress :)

Went to Trio to look for new arpet for my lounge, Chris helped me choose a new carpet and then arranged to measure the next day got s lovely soft carpet at a great price fitted within 2 weeks ! Fitters were also helpful and moved a sofa for me! Highly recommended

We ordered a new sofa. The sofa is nice but delivery is crap. I ask people from delivery to take the shoes off and they refuse it, that can take them off because the sofa is very heavy after assembling they ask us to take rubbish and left it behind They was very upset they had to carry the sofa in second floor. Why they do that job when they don’t make it probably?
