When ordered no date was given for delivery.
I was then notified of a delivery date which I accepted and waited in for, towards the end of the delivery slot I got a message stating it wouldn’t be delivered as the item wasn’t loaded.
I wasn’t overly happy as I had waited in but agreed to a delivery two days later, amazingly exactly the same thing happened, the item wasn’t loaded, the fact that the delivery left the warehouse without the item at at 07.10 they didn’t inform me until the driver realised at 2pm.
A complete shambles, buy elsewhere.

I ordered a linen cupboard which arrived promptly but had unfortunately been damaged in transit. I contacted customer services who were excellent. They arranged a collection and 2nd delivery for a day to suit me to avoid messing around. Very professional customer service from Ruma, and I'm very pleased with my linen cupboard.

Ruma is a responsible, excellent business from my experience. I've now purchased five different pieces of furniture from them. One of the pieces came damaged and with one email, a replacement was sent within days and a collection was sorted. I'd asked if the collection could take place after delivery of the replacement and that was no problem for them at all. The furniture is of excellent quality and I was able to get some great discounts in the sale, too. Now, Ruma is a regular place I look at first when more home furniture and accessories are needed.

I love this lamp. From order to delivery was excellent. Ruma kept me updated at each stage until delivery. The lamp is simple but stylish and looks every bit as good as it does on their site. So pleased I'm going to order another one in a different colour.

Bell lamp shades arrived swiftly and were good quality. Also, I hadn’t found what I had been looking for elsewhere.

Ordered a large lampshade which unfortunately arrived damaged. The lampshade itself is great quality though is unfortunately too small for the standard lamp. Ross from Customer service was quick to respond and persevered while we found a way to get my photos through to him, at which point the refund was immediately processed - thank you Ross. It's always a leap of faith to buy products like this online, but I would confidently buy from Ruma again.

Have used this company before for as they stock a particular range of shades that I like. They are always delivered quickly and well packed.

I ordered two lampshades from Ruma which arrived safely packaged and on time . The shades are beautiful but unfortunately the internal connections are faulty . Joe from Ruma sent me replacement parts immediately but sadly this did not resolve the matter and I have been informed by him, (both by email and telephone) , that new shades will be arriving soon and Ruma do not require me to send the originals back. I have never dealt with such a professional company or customer service department and would definitely buy from Ruma again .

Love the product but did have to wait two months before the product was ready for delivery. The finish on the drawers is lovely but at moment the drawers are a little stiff. All I all I am happy with RŪMA

Ordered lampshades. Not clear on site where dimensions were including height. On most sites it’s under - dimensions or specifications
I sent my order back and told refund would be within 5-7 days. It didn’t appear. I had to email to chase the refund that seemingly had been forgotten. It was however processed quickly after this final
