Trips.pk provide one of the third class…
Trips.pk provide one of the third class services even in their golden packages. They don't have any good experience in tourism as well as the employees they have are really irresponsive, and they create the situation to get the chances to grab money from the tourist in the mid and end of the tour. They will not even have the capability to provide accurate and perfect information to tourist. They leave their tourist alone and don't response and make their self offline.
Specially one if their staff member Reem Amjad and Mr Ali... We tried to reach out to their owner through their employees mentioned name above but they didn't even provide the nmbr of owner to us.
They waste more than 2 lacks of our money just because of their own mistakes and put that on tourists.
I strongly suggest never choose trips.pk to travel anywhere. They spoil our life 1st tour and make that journey one of our life baddest journey because of money.. this company specially Miss Reem Amjad greedy person they don't think anything about a human just for the sake of money.
I had a worst experience of my life with this company ...

So Disappointed 😔
Went for umrah and I have paid for the hotel near Haram but when I reached there they told me my reservation has been cancelled and booked with another hotel which was far from haram,
Struggled with family to move to another hotel which was not good hotel as you expected and you paid for, raised this issue with ministry of Hajj and umrah and FIA.
