DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We were completely misled and financially burned.

Ignoring the negative reviews about this company was a huge mistake, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to take them seriously. The positive reviews are extremely misleading. What we experienced exactly matches the negative feedback others have posted.
We contacted this company because we urgently needed to travel to see my seriously ill mother so my children could see their grandmother. After several emails back and forth with Daisy White (Flyport travel agaent), we were given a flight schedule and price that suited our needs, and we were assured everything would be secured once a deposit was paid.
Our agent, Daisy White, offered a four instalment payment plan and specifically told us that once we paid a £50–£100 deposit, the flight would be secured. Because this trip was so important, we promptly paid £200 deposit for the four of us to ensure there would be no issues. On the day of the 1st payment 17th March 2026, we were told that the payment link will be sent to us. My wife did not receive the link so chased it through out the day until she was sent it on the following day 18th March. On the 27th of March when the 2nd instalment was due, my wife emailed Flyport to inform them that she hadn't received the link. She was then informed by Ms White that "she was currently waiting for confirmation from the airline side and will revert to her shortly". No link was sent on the 27th (a Friday) so on the 30th, my wife emailed and informed Flyport that the link still hadn't been sent.

Then the story changed.

Ms White suddenly pushed us to pay both the second, third and forth instalments at once, claiming this would “secure the flight immediately” and get us the e tickets. This made no sense, as we were already told the flight had been secured after the first payment.
We agreed only because we were desperate not to lose the booking. The moment we asked how to make the payment, Daisy backed out and said her manager would like to contact us instead.
That call never came when promised.
For over a week, Daisy made excuse after excuse—he was in meetings, on lunch, unavailable. Every delay felt intentional. Eventually, the manager, Kevin Shaw, finally called.
His message? The flight we were promised was suddenly “no longer available.”
Instead, we were offered a completely unacceptable alternative: different travel dates, a 12 hour transit, flying to a different airport over 90 miles away, and at a higher cost. This was NOT what we agreed to and did not meet our needs at all.
By that point, it was too late to book elsewhere. Our plans were destroyed. Because of this, we are now unable to visit my sick mother for years—possibly not until 2029 due to other commitments.
To make matters worse, despite them changing and effectively cancelling the original booking, they kept £300 of our money, claiming we cancelled. That is simply false.
This entire experience has been stressful, upsetting, and financially damaging. I am currently pursuing legal action against this company and will expose their practices once that process is complete.
If you are considering using this company: DO NOT!!!.

I booked a flight through Flyport Travel at an advertised and agreed price of £596, which I paid in full. After full payment had been taken and flight details provided, I was contacted verbally by Flyport Travel and informed that the airline had “changed the price” and that I must pay an additional £320.

No written terms or conditions provided to me prior to payment stated that the price could increase after full payment. The alleged price change was communicated verbally only, after payment had already been accepted.

I was further informed that if I cancelled the booking, I would lose £270, placing me under significant pressure to pay the additional £320 in order to avoid financial loss and to attend an essential family wedding. The ticket was only issued after I paid the extra amount.

Grounds of complaint:

I believe this conduct breaches:

* ATOL regulations
* Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018
* Consumer Rights Act 2015
* Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008

In particular:

* ATOL holders must not increase prices after accepting full payment unless the possibility is clearly stated in writing in advance and the consumer is given the right to cancel without penalty.
* A verbal explanation of a price increase after payment does not meet ATOL or consumer law requirements.
* Threatening cancellation charges in order to force payment constitutes an unfair commercial practice.
At the moment going through legal process to claim the money
A county court injunction has been issued to the company

Amazing service with Flyport

I must acknowledge that the service is got with Flyport was beyond my expectations. Just by login in to their website I had contact # +44 20 3950 0048 reach out to me and made sure I got the best service seamlessly. Clara did assist am impressed. Thanks to Flyport. Keep it up, I recommend them.

Misleading Flight Prices please Be Careful

I had a very disappointing experience with FlyPort Travel. They first offered me a flight at a lower price, I paid a deposit and later came back asking me to pay more money, saying the fare had increased. This felt very misleading because the price changed after I had already agreed to the booking.
It seems like they advertise cheaper flight options to attract customers and then later request additional payments. This kind of practice is not transparent and makes it difficult to trust the service.
I would advise others to be careful and double-check prices directly with the airline before booking through this agency.
Also you don’t get a refund when you cancel your booking!!!

Sales was deceptive

Sales was deceptive. Ask questions for tickets that are partly paid for as the prices do change and are not guaranteed. Get everything in writing and read all terms and conditions carefully. I would not use again. I

Daniel at fly port travel

Daniel was my agent who supported with my ticket and he was nothing short of phenomenal. He worked really hard to get me the best deal possible and was constantly in touch with me. I hope he gets the recognition from his employer as such a great member of the team. Thank you for everything Daniel you are simply a super star and so kind even when he wasn’t well he was still keeping me updated on my flights. Thank you

I will not recommend This company the most USLESS company am very disappointed after have paid £800 deposit to travel in July with my children they flight was cancelled with the reference given to me I ask them to refund my £800 they saying they given me £600 when all they do is lie no good customer services they can't even speak good English and shouting and scamming customers with they money cloos down this company guys please don't use them they are scammers very rude people gave me back my full refunds ASAP £800

THIS GUYS ARE FRAUD AND SHOULD NEVER BE PATRONIZED, IF YOU'VE ONLY PAID THE MINIMAL DEPOSIT, CUT YOUR LOSES AND MOVE ON.
I BOOKED A FLIGHT IN DEC 2017 AND PAID THE REQUIRED £25 DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE QUOTED PRICE OF £395.. IN FEB. 2018 I OFFERED TO PAY THE FULL BALANCE SINCE THE FLIGHT WAS IN JUNE. MAX THE TRAVEL AGENT REFUSED TO TAKE THE FULL BALANCE BUT ASKED ME TO PAY PART WHICH I DID AND PAID AN EXTRA £200 TO THEIR ACCOUNT. I CALLED REPEATEDLY AND ASKED WHY CAN'T I PAY THE BALANCE AND GET THE TICKET ISSUED. HE SAID HE WILL CONFIRM WITH THE AIRLINE TO DECIDE IF I COULD STILL GET THE TICKET AT THE QUOTED PRICE. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS HE CAME BACK TO SAY I CAN'T GET THE TICKET AT THE AGREED PRICE BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA £100 OR LOSE MY TOTAL DEPOSIT OF £225 SO FAR. I ENDED PAYING £495 FOR A TICKET HE QUOTED AND SENT SENT CONFIRMATION AT £395 IN DEC 2017. THIS TICKET ON CHECKING THE AIRLINE WAS SOLD AT &406 DIRECTLY TO PASSENGERS ON THE AIRLINE WEBSITE, MEANING HE DID'NT SAVE ME ANY MONEY BUT I ENDED UP PAYING 255 EXTRA FOR THE SAME TICKET SOLD BY THE AIRLINE. WHEN I CALLED UP TO CONFRONT MAX ON THIS DECEIT HE JUST RAMBLED ON AND SAID ITS THEIR POLICY AND I AGREED TO BUY FROM THEM WHEN I PAID THE HOLDING DEPOSIT. ,
