If there’s a zero star, I would give them zero. Very unprofessional, absolutely rubbish service. They charge exorbitantly. They charged me 1150£ for a flight and when the ticket came in from airline, it had 640£ written on it. That’s just wickedness. They even gave me a wrong reservation number. This was all after I paid and reserved a previous ticket and I was told the airline had increased the air fares so I had to pay extra for the new ticket. I paid and reserved it ffs!!!

I would never recommend this to anyone. Very rubbish company and people.

Jessica is highly professional; she supports her clients, is very patient and is always available to respond to any queries you might have. She also advises on ways to save you money while recommending any airline to her clients.
I am dealing with Flyport Travel today because of Jessica's professionalism and support.

Travelled to Nigeria, used Flyport to purchase ticket. I must say they were very good - will use them again

I think your services should be the number 1 when it comes to travel services. They have well trained staff and their staff are always responding and assisting with your enquiries immediately especially one named Tara Young, this Lady is incredibly trained and professional. Because of her professionalism i have always booked and referred a lot of people to this agency for years now. Booking process have never been this easy.

I’ve had to give them a one star review because it won’t let me leave zero stars. The man I was dealing with was very rude and shouty and not very helpful. I was sold a ticket and paid the full amount on the same day only to receive a phone call from Flyport later that day to advise me that the flight that they booked me in didn’t actually exist and that I had to pay an extra £300 to secure the flight. When I said I couldn’t afford to pay it straight away but would pay asap he got very angry with me and became confrontational. I do not recommend this organisation. Do not use!!!

Tina Desai who handled my request was very helpful in helping me meet my request by providing different scenarios. This helped me making the right choice.
She was polite and courteous.

It was an overall positive experience working with agent Jacob Rana. He did all he could to help secure our tickets.

Downside: The earlier tickets we got which matched our preferred travel dates was cancelled because they agent was unable to secure the advertised price when confirming with the airlines.

Positive side: The agent felt the need to find and offer us an alternative. While this was not our preferred date and it was more expensive, I thought it was a fair effort overall and a better flight option.

Bottom line: Travel fares are increasingly high and it takes a miracle to find and work with genuine companies. My due diligence shows that this company is legitimate so working with them to get a satisfactory price is the only thing left.

My decision: I would use the company again, but I would like to ensure that they confirm the original price securely before paying the deposit.

These guys (Ms E K) polished scam. Gave me a good price and took 200 pounds deposit AFTER SENDING me the confirmation of flights. Once I paid my 200 pounds I chased for my ticket and pay the balance but was told she will get a cheaper rate with same flight.

4 days later , came back and said my original flight details have been changed by the airline and hence she is finding me different dates and routes and had to pay extra.

When I complained, she said its written in the email with ticket confirmation of possible charges.

When i asked for money back....you guessed it...75 pounds cancellation charges.

Please avoid this company. Well oiled scammers.

Please be aware is is a scam company. They will quote a chip price to draw you in and once you've made a deposit, you will come back and tell your the prices have been doubled and when you refuse to pay the doubled amount, your deposited becomes non-refundable. Be worn.
