I had a very smooth journey with Flyporttravel,Anna Zoe was on hand with sound advice, thanks to her I managed to secure my booking as she suggested a cheaper package for me me. I can't wait to recommend their services to my fellow friends.

THIS travel agent will SCAM YOU and steal your money ! Booked flights and then were told that we had to pay an extra £380 because the flight had increased in price .
When we refused and asked for a refund we were told that the cancellation fee would be £280 . I called the airline and was told that the price never increases after payment has been taken. We are now dealing with the police and fraud team .
Travel agent has been sending my mum what’s app messages for 24 hours demanding payment and refusing a refund . BEWARE !!!

My travel dates fall between one of the busiest months when flight fares are at their highest peaks, but through diligent search and with great patience, the Agent, Mr. Shane Mann, (02080908485) got me a reduced fare on a mostly preferred direct flight to my destination with all my requested preferences included. This is really great, and I am very satisfied with every aspect of service given to me. I’ll recommend this Agency to any one, any day.

I am writing this review to warn others based on a very troubling experience involving Flyporttravel.
I referred a friend to Flyporttravel to book flights from London to Zanzibar for two passengers. Initially, Flyporttravel collected £511 per person, stating this was the flight cost. After payment was taken, they came back to say the ticket price had “increased” to £911 per person, bringing the total paid to £1,822.
This alone was frustrating, but the situation became far more serious afterward.
When the tickets were finally issued, no PNR was provided. My friend had to repeatedly insist on receiving the PNR. Once we obtained it, we discovered something extremely alarming:
The airline ticket had only £1,083.38 paid to RwandAir, not the £1,822 Flyporttravel collected.
To verify this, I personally contacted RwandAir, who confirmed directly that they received £1,083.38, not the amount Flyporttravel charged my friend.
Flyporttravel has failed to provide any clear or satisfactory explanation for this very large discrepancy. The difference is substantial and cannot be explained by normal fees or commissions.
Because of the seriousness of this issue:

We are reporting this matter to the police
We are raising a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman
We are pursuing recovery of the unexplained funds

This experience has caused significant stress, financial concern, and loss of trust. At best, this reflects severe lack of transparency and professionalism. At worst, it raises very serious questions about how customer money is handled.
⚠️ I strongly advise anyone considering Flyporttravel to think very carefully, ask for full documentation upfront, verify payments directly with airlines, and proceed with extreme caution.

Was helped by Eric Scott to get my ticket and even though the first one increased in price before I could secure it , he helped me get another one with the same affordable prices, nice and friendly and helpful service throughout

Rita listened to me even when I did not have the money she was able to preserve a ticket for me. Questions I asked Rita made the answers clear to me

I had a very poor experience with Flyport Travel. I was offered a cheap flight and asked to pay a £100 deposit, with the total fare agreed at £473. A few days later, I was told the price had increased significantly, allegedly due to a new tax introduced by Turkish Airlines.

I checked directly with the airline and with other travel agents, and there was no tax increase. The same flights on the same dates were still available at the original agreed price.

When I challenged this and asked for a refund, my emails were ignored and I was refused a full refund, despite not cancelling the booking myself. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation.

I would advise others to be very cautious. In particular, avoid dealing with a representative who calls himself “Scott,” as my experience with him was not honest or transparent.

They are very attentive and supportive. Rita was very helpful and very patient.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Two different agents gave me completely contradictory information — one said they do NOT hold an ATOL licence, while the other claimed they do. When I asked for the ATOL licence number, I was told it was ‘confidential’, which is simply untrue. ATOL details are public and must be provided to customers. Both agents I dealt with, Hanna William and Mohan, were unprofessional and quite rude in their communication. Please be cautious when dealing with this company.

I had a great experience using flyporttravel the agent (Eric Scott) was so helpful with everything he did for me. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again in the future first class would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Scam for sure if you are communicating with flyport travel Ltd with telephone number 02033719188 I think they have copied the genuine company and scamming people...

This is one of the best travel agencies, I was supported by Rita Sharma who made my experience seamless.. she got me a virgin Atlantic ticket swiftly on the same day I needed to travel and the rate was very affordable.. even more affordable than the price on the main website of the flight.. I am really happy doing business with Flyport through Rita Sharma.. I will continue booking my flight tickets through Rita… thank you so much, because of you, I didn’t miss my Nan’s funeral…
