I booked a flight for 3 people in August with them traveling in December beginning of November 6th they called me saying I didn't have any bookings that I need to rearrange my bookings and pay extra money after saying that it was okay to pay the balance on the 10 th November.They have caused me so much inconvenience it's anccepable and poor customer service as I was informed at the last minute .

Because of an unexpected illness with my wife we had to postpone our flights I phoned Alex Smith at Flyport who was extremely helpful in rearranging my flights

I was stressed and under time pressure when I contacted Flyport for a cheap flight on a particular date. I was pleased to be offered a choice of flights and was able to choose the best for me to fly that evening

It was a very good treatment and very patient with understanding. The only issue is the terms and conditions which are somehow unfavourable. Like when you missed your flight you loose your money. Non refundable of anything.

i was happy with the service, only friction was that when i made a reservation i mentioned that i was buying the ticket for my son but was just asked for my name which i gave but then when i was about to make payment the reservation could not be amended to my son's name hence i lost the booking, thankfully i got a booking for the following day so it ended well.

Other than that i was happy with the service and i will book with them again and would recommend !

Flyport was amazing from start to finish in the planning of our vacational trip to Lagos. When starting the planning process they listened specailly Mr. Alex Smith! We explained our desires. Thay gave us very helpful recommendations and suggestions followed by the creation of an initial itnerary for us to review. Alex was always very patient, very pleasant, available and quickly responded to our numerous questions. Flyport and specially Alex made everything easy and stress free. This was the most perfect and memorable vacation which we spent and we have to thank flyport and Alex for that. I would recommend them to everybody without hesitation. I am very appreciative for their time and really feel as if they treated our journey as if they were planning for their own family.
