Hotellet som skulle vara 5 stjärnigt enligt TripX är kastastrof. Äckliga rum och omgivning. Lampskärmar med smuts och rinnande olja både på och i, sänggavlar som bara hänger över en.. Hotellet skulle ha Wifi men funkar inte.. finns ingen täckning här

Jag förväntar mig kompensation för detta. Hade jag vetat att detta var närmre 1-2 stjärnigt hade jag aldrig bokat detta hotell. Falsk marknadsföring.

Seamless experience. Best price for direct flight and hotel to Paris. Everything was as expected. No problems in any part of our travel.

Bokade en resa till Prag med TripX från Landvetter i Göteborg. Blev lite orolig när flyget var Ryan air. Flyget funkade dock som det skulle. Hotellet var enligt förväntan och med rejäl frukost. Sammanfattningsvis en positiv och smidig upplevelse.

Everything was perfect. Tickets and payment was easy. The fly arrived at the right time and the hotel meet the expectations

All information for tickets, hotel, flight, transfer very well delivered and no problems anywhere.

The transfer ticket could've had some better information on it, we were suppose to look for a "T4A Desk" but very vague information where to find it, we needed to ask people if they knew and they pointed us to the right direction, like "parkingslot number 5 (transfer services) - that information would've helped us from the start.

Vi fick väldigt dålig information om vart frukosten var. Och det var VÄLDIGT dålig med mat/ smörgåsar. O trevlig personal på cafet, Så vi vill ha pengarna tillbaka för frukosten, som vi inte åt på 5 dagar under våran vistelse.

You receive your travel documents very quickly with everything you need, including very clear contact information for further assistance both before and during your trip. Netop booket cahrtertur hos TripX. Vores bekræftelse to dage senere, fortæller at der er en 2000 kr. prisstigning. Og ingen information om hvad der sker hvis man ikke vil finde sig i det. Og det vil vi selvfølelig ikke. Kan vi nu få pengene tilbage efter at de har solgt os nogle meget pæne flyafgange med Norwegian, som nu er væk, og til gengæld kan vi for 3000 kr. booke nogle dårligere meget tidlige afgange. Dagen efter hvor jeg tjekker min bookning er turen, som allerede er betalt, blevet 1000 kr. dyrere. Dét har jeg aldrig prøvet før i over 50 års charter rejser. Det er meget uheldigt. Kommer vi nu overhovedet afsted. Øv. mvh Mig

We booked flights and hotel via TripX and all went as expected. Because the flight was with RyanAir, it was a slight hassle to get the tickets, and then it cost extra to sit next to each other which wasn't really communicated beforehand. But other than that no issues and we had a great and cheap holiday.

Ive ordered tickets to Parc Guell. Got email confirmation and still dident get my tickets it said 30 minutters after the confirmation email. Ive sendt them email, dident get any response. This is a fraud company wich scamming other costumers and luring them into buying tickets and then you dont recieve them. I am considering legal action against this company.

Easy to book with Tripx.
The Canifor Hotel has 4 stars, but it is more like 2+. Everything are very worn. The gym, where nearly nothing is working. The indoor pool is awful, the showers there are leaking and the floor are terrible. The room had only one wall socket. The towels are old with holes. Every morning at 05.30 the garbage truck came right outside the windows. You heard everything. At breakfast it was the same bread to toast for 10 days. No other bread. The coffee was awful. When it was evening with dance was the sound so loud, so you could not be in the bar. You had to go somewhere else.

Härlig med alla barn familjer, finna aktiviteter, god mat ,trevligt personal.

Så bra att man kan pussla ihop sin egen resa och bestämma vistelsens längd själv!
Bra information, väl fungerande resa och transfer. Fint hotell. Mycket nöjda! Prisvärt. Har rekommenderat er till andra!

I need to give the maximun number of stars as everything went perfect in every step of the trip. We were received at the airport in Croatia by the transporter as expected, with my name on a paper. The hotel was very good, the quality of service was excellent even though it was a 3 star hotel. I do not have any complains. Me and my wife had a great time in Croatia!!!
