All labeled with Chinese stickers the size and quality was bad very bad and I pay almost $100 and they are refusing me to
Reimburse me back and return .

Good sales & deals, otherwise a bit expensive at times

I have purchased many times from this store. I would say that the stuff on sale is usually your best bet. I mainly buy men's chino & 5 pocket pants from them, they hold up wayyy better than Old Navy or other cheaper stuff out there which wrinkles bad and fades quick. The cotton and fabric quality is much better it seems. The 'Made in Canada' stuff is always priced high, but sometimes they will go on clarence and offer a bargain. Compared to many other designer clothes though this store is still pretty affordable.

In addition, most of the dress/casual shirts are great. Bought many for $40-$60 that hold up for years.

They also have sent me coupons many times in e-mail or in the mail, so I usually make a yearly purchase if I can and have done well.

All in all, I haven't had an issue with this store yet. Shipping is always fast as well.

85 to 200 $ dollars worth of mostly rayon and viscose is a pure joke at the depend of clients. I cannot believe that brand is sell like a premium good quality with that type of composition in their clothes. Not only rayon and viscose are terrible for the environment and the planet but those would end up shrinking, fripping and have little balls of fabric everywhere in a few washes. You might be ok for a year if you only dry clean but even then its not substantial composition. If you're gonna sell fake satin, rayon, viscose and spandex then drop your prices. Clients are not idiots we get informs on composition and this is why cotton, lin, whool and natural fabric are getting back a la mode because if im gonna spend a fortune on dry cleaner it better be for clothes that will last a while and be good for the planet.

Good product

I ordered thet Double knit Fitted blazer with removable hood on their website. Since it mentioned it was fitted i took a chance and ordered the only size available which was an xxl or 48 as it was their last piece. Its a bit loose but I love it as it was not only on a discounted rate (80 dollars, original 295). But also because the style was a bit hard to find, semi-formal blazer with a sort of sporting puffer bib.

Deceiving customer service

I’ve been a loyal customer of Tristan for years, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service is non-existent—they simply don’t reply to emails, no matter how many times you reach out. It’s as if they don’t care about their customers at all.

On top of that, their order quality and handling have become shockingly bad. My most recent order arrived late, and when it finally did, the packaging was an absolute disaster. The blazer I received wasn’t wrapped, folded, or protected in any way—it was just thrown into the box and even arrived dirty! For a brand that claims to be premium, this is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, this isn’t an isolated incident. I’ve had another issue with an in-store purchase where an error in pricing couldn’t be adjusted, and again, no one from customer service followed up or addressed my concerns.

It’s clear that whoever is responsible for their customer service should rethink their approach because they are failing at every level. Tristan used to be a reliable brand, but now they’re just losing their loyal customers with this lack of professionalism and care.

If you’re considering shopping at Tristan, I strongly recommend you think twice. The risk of late orders, poor packaging, and zero customer support isn’t worth it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to contact them several days after my order was placed because I regretted my choices and the order had not yet shipped. No response. I get an email from customer service 3 weeks later asking for a follow up and I let them know I submitted a return request and would be sending items back. Order placed Jan 1st, items arrived Jan 15th and I sent back before the end of January. It is now the end of March and I have sent 2 emails to customer service asking where my refund is and they have not responded.

Zero customer service and order never shipped.

I ordered 3 sweaters in mid November - one of the sizes turned out to be wrong in the order confirmation and I’m sure it was a system glitch as the wrong size is actually marked out of stock on the website. I emailed the customer service 3 times and never received a response. It’s Dec 3 now and the order is still not shipped.

Horrible Shop Manager at Yorkdale

The shop manager at Yorkdale Mall is a nightmare. Extremely rude and has serious behavioural issues. When we purchased 2 of the exact same jumpsuit and 3rd one was damaged, her words were "take it or leave it". She didnt even try to help in anyway (eg: order online or give discount). After we checked online and saw one available she said well than you can order it online and leave!!!
Extremely disappointing for a Canadian brand.
