Great experience with Troy and his team. The plans are made to suit the person own interests. The team are there to answer your question day and night. All in all Troy and his team are very talented and experienced in what they do.

Was pretty skeptical about the whole online training thing at first but Troy puts things across in such a clear and concise way that I can't see why I'd ever need an in-person PT. Really lovely guy to deal with too. If you put in the work you'll get fantastic results.

I started with Troy last year in October since then till now he has been nothing but help and huge support his very dedicated in his work I was very surprised to see how much attention he puts onto me considering he has many other clients his very organised which I found very good because when he would give me tips or anything to help me improve and be better they were all according to my physic and the stage I was in which made it very good for me to quickly improve his very positive and always trying to make you feel the same way and keep striving his workouts are very intense but will leave you with a very amazing pump and feel after gym. My experience overall with Troy has been very positive I would definitely recommend his coaching as it’s very 1on1 and you feel like you can actually improve with his workouts.

I was hesitant to start this program as I had just been with another online Pt for months and wasn’t seeing any big results, I felt their method was really demanding on my time so I was thinking maybe online pt wasn’t for me, however I decided to take a chance and try Troy’s program and It is the best decision I’ve made! The results I’ve seen in 12 weeks is unbelievable and I feel so much healthier stronger and more confident. He’s so supportive, knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. Troy made this experience great with his weekly check-ins, even going as far as still reviewing my progress if my check-in was too late, also being open to change everything that I wasn't happy with, from workout program to the meal plan!
When hearing his opinion on my progress It'd pump me up even more to get up and go workout, even for leg days which I HATE!

The workout plans were good and and they helped me achieve my goals and through this program I managed to get closer to being the strongest and leanest in my life. I have only followed the workouts in the plan and tried only a couple of recipes as I didn’t really resonate with the recipes and preparation. I felt the plan had too much processed food recipes and hence why I tried to improve my own nutrition and body composition.
All in all the plan was very good for me, easy to follow and provided results and this made me happy. It wasn’t perfect, but nothing is in this world and hence why I gave it 4 stars. A few of the inconveniences I ran into were: communication with the coach, meal splitting and last but not least, not being able to simply cancel my payment/subscription after the 6 months contract ended.

Great coaching, communication and planning. Very flexible with payments and everything regarding that aspect, very understanding of difficult situations and overall a great guy providing an excellent service. I genuinly can’t thank Troy enough for all he’s done

Brilliant coach, Troy really helped me to stay motivated whilst I was travelling and struggling to keep on track! I constantly needed my workouts/meal plan changed to suit different situations which was never a problem and always done so quickly.
I always felt like I could ask any time I had a question or needed help and I would get a reply so quickly.

I wanna give five full stars to troy of his compansion to keep up with his clients on weekly check-ins. Plus of the great workout and food program. And now he has developed new and FREE cook books for us to let us make more heatly and tasty foods so we would course of track. My time with Troy has been amazing, loved every single bit of it. Sadly it has to now end for a while but I’ll be back!

When I contacted Troy in October last year, I was trying a fitness and diet regime, thinking I was doing everything right but not getting the results I wanted. Not only did Troy helped to find tune both of these aspects, but having a coach like him brings a level of accountability and support that makes it almost impossible not to succeed.
