Tropez - Tripe! Zero quality controls, Zero Customer Service
If you’ve ordered anything for Christmas please check it thoroughly, I doubt I’m the only person with damaged items! When opened both garments had cut holes through both sides of the material, both sets of outer packaging undamaged. I’m assuming a piece of machinery used for possibly folding or packaging did the damage as in identical 4 corner placement on both items. No damage to the outer packaging so clearly happened in house and obviously no kind of quality controls checks performed. Only option on their website for returns are wrong size or don’t like, nothing for damaged or faulty products and all returns involves the customer paying to return the item. Totally unacceptable under distance selling regulations. Made contact immediately by email, no response, followed up several times, no response. Until I put it on social media 3 days later, however that was just a rude reply asking for proof despite sending numerous photos and several emails at this point, implying id caused the damage myself (unsure why anyone would do that). Then I received an email from DPD direct saying a parcel was on the way from Tropez but zero explanation or anything from them. Pushed for response and told it’s only one item being sent the other is out of stock. So I asked for a refund. Still not received. Quality controls non existent, customer care non existent another case of social media born brand invented by children with no substance to back up cheaply made and produced products. Avoid!

Contacted the Company on a separate matter. They proved to be very helpful and understanding.
