I ordered 2 bowl sets. They arrived promptly & are perfect for my puppies now & once they are adults. I love how the bowls' magnetic grip prevents the dogs from knocking the bowls over. The slow feeder is great. Colors are beautiful.

My dog loves his new slow feeder bowl and water bowl. I ordered the entire set with stand and is exactly what I wanted.

The only thing I don’t like is it’s made in china

We took a chance on this bowl even though it was expensive compared to other slow feeders because we liked the looks and solidness. Turns out the medium sized bowl gets kibbles stuck between the raised bumps and the side of the bowl — so stuck that our 40 lb licks the bowl with force that we worry about her damaging her gums.

Why 2 stars? I’d originally give 4 considering the high cost, 3 for the kibbles getting stuck, and down to 2 for reaching out to support and getting no response.

You never responded to fix the fact that you sent me the wrong product. There was zero service but many requests for survey.

The bowl doesn’t stay put on the mat. Supposedly magnetic but it doesn’t work. Bought both the mat and the bowl. I emailed customer service and never got a response Save your money-poor quality and poor customer service

I ordered 2 large elevated dog bowl systems and both came broken. I have written them 3 times and no response. Sent your money and find a reputable company. Definitely NOT the quality that went with the price.

Ordered TWO of these feeding stations, one assembled perfectly the other did NOT! The tray was received BOWED, which does not allow a tight fit to the stand. Have attempted to reach the company three times with NO RESPONSE. I paid a lot of money for these feeders which initially looked worth it, but now I’m completely questioning my decision. I’m going to keep emailing, which is the only option for complaints or returns, until I hopefully resolve the issue. Price has ALWAYS dictated my expectations, and in this case, completely dissatisfied and disillusioned by Trot pets🤬 I would not buy from them again.

After contacting Trot Pets multiple times through email and their website the only ways they allow customers to contact them and sending pictures of my entire damaged order, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service.
I never received a response back. It has been over a week with absolutely no communication, and the damaged box is still sitting on my kitchen table.(which is now going out with the trash tomorrow)
Do not waste your money or your time ordering from this company. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable brand that actually responds to its customers and cares !

Product as described. Did med stans w good and water bowls in olive green with plastic covers. One is the covers was cracked upon arrival. I sent ah email with a picture to customer service. They shipped a replacement cover the next day.

Love the colors, love the bowls but the tray that holds them is not very sturdy for big dogs.

Great product, fast shipping. Love the choice of colors. The mats work great preventing the bowl from sliding across the floor.

Bowls are excellent quality and have helped my dogs to eat slower. I feel reassured that they are safer with eating from these with the stand. I also like that it is not plastic.

Good customer service on my latest purchase.

Overall bowls are appealing and seems to slow down feeding time. There are magnets underneath but my senior eight pound dog still manages to move the bowls. The mat has a groove around the interior perimeter which makes it harder to clean and is annoying when just trying to do a quick wipe. In spite I’d still purchase again. These replaced weather tech feeder which did not offer puzzle bowls.

I’m trying to either get a magnet or do exchange. I have emailed customer service multiple times without a response.

Trotpets definitely took care of handling a broken base with no questions asked. It did take several days (@5) before I heard back.

I sent two messages - on 4-8-26 and 4-16-26 with questions I had and No one has responded!
4-8-26 : I have purchased water bowls that are made from stainless steel 304 and it states that on the bottom of the bowl plus, that they are made in the USA.
Your slow feeder I purchased does not state it's made from stainless steel 304 but it does state it's made in China. I was under the impression that if it was made of stainless steel 304 it would state that on the product. But being it's made in China makes me feel I do not think my pet is safe. Why is this fact NOT stated on your website ?? that you say it's 304 but it is not on the product and you should mention that it's made in China. If that would have been posted on your site to tell you the truth I would NOT have purchased the bowl. What proof can a customer get from you regarding the above?
on 4-16-26 I sent the same message plus added: I have not used the slow feeder yet as I am waiting for a response from TrotPets
