I returned the product over a month ago, brand new and unused. I needed a different size stand for my dog. They have neither sent the new stand or refunded my money. Nor are they communicating anything about the return with me. I have followed up with them three times. Very poor customer service. V

item is defective, i’ve tried reaching out to them to see if i can get a replacement and no response at all. they don’t take accountability. don’t order from them. my bowl has paint on it and stand is all wobly. payed $160 for this quality and worst customer service

The day the items were delivered, I knew the bowel would not work out for my dog so I tried to return product. I received an email that my return request has been submitted and is being reviewed and that I will get an email once it’s completed. Have not received anything. Only gets emails to review product.

These food and water bowls are perfect. They are clearly much higher quality than the "stainless steel" you can buy at Petsmart. The puzzle bowls took some time for my pups to figure out, but they've got it now with no problem. The magnetic mats are also a huge win. The dishes stay put and do not become chew toys.

Are these expensive? Absolutely. However, I think they'll last for years to come.

I took one star away only because of shipping. The company ships them with the absolute slowest method, because there is nothing else I order that takes as long as these did. That was a little frustrating.

Overall I would definitely buy them again.

I had issues with a defective product and poor customer service.
I ordered a 12-inch raised stand with bowl set. After putting it together the stand was not standing evenly and wiggling a lot. I tried multiple times to fix it, as well as place it in different spots of the house. I could not fix the issue. I reached out to the company stating my issue. It did take a few days to hear back. The company stated they can either offer me a replacement or a refund.
I stated I’ll take a refund. My plan was to order a new stand eventually. I paid $140 for this product, I did use a 20% off coupon. To my surprise I got a $16 refund. I reached out to the company asking why it was only $16. They stated that was the refund for the stand.
Which is understandable but that was not mentioned to me at all. I reached back out to the company stating that no one mentioned it was only $16, in that case I rather just have a replacement sent to me and I will send back that stand. I didn’t hear from the company for 5 days. I decided to reach back out. To my surprise the email I received stated “the issue has been resolved”
Very poor communication and customer service. I do love the bowl, the stand is great too other than not being even and wiggling around. For the amount you’re paying for this product, they need to invest more in their customer service and better communication.

Quality seems great, concept is fantastic and I haven’t found anything that compares, but overall I do think product is a bit overpriced. Lots of reviews about customer service and shipping- I had no issues with shipping.

I purchased the medium size puzzle bowl for my 30lb dog. The quality is really nice and durable. I would like to order a large puzzle bowl for my other dog but the cost is the only part holding me back.

The most sturdy and beautiful bowls! They look elegant, but they are so durable. They stay put while the dog eats and are super easy to clean. Love them!

i ordered 2 bowl expensive set with 1 slow eating bowl. i received 2 water bowls & broken lid. when i requested exchanging the bowl & supplying a new lid, i was denied at first. then they were rather rude in their response, telling me that if the item is not returned perfect I would not be getting a full refund.I told them I never used the bowl, am still waiting for a response. awful customer service. Hate doing business with unkind people.

I placed an order on December 29 and received a confirmation email indicating that my order was received and my credit card was charged. As of today, I have not received the order.

I have attempted to contact the company multiple times, including sending three emails to their customer service email provided and submitting several messages through their live chat feature. I also reached out to their logistics provider, who was unable to supply a direct contact or phone number; however, the representative did take my order information and offered to attempt to look into the issue.

Given the lack of response and the fact that the stated 3–7 day shipping timeframe has long passed, I am increasingly concerned that I may have been defrauded. Based on my experience, I do not recommend ordering from this website due to the absence of effective customer service and the failure to deliver the purchased product.

Very impressed with product and quick delivery. I really wanted to slow down my 6 month old Sheltie puppy but didn't like the 'mats' that were plastic. It looked like the edges were sharp and might hurt a tender puppy tongue. I wanted stainless steel like my other bowls and this fit the bill. Glad I found you!

Have requested a refund for one of the stands I purchased, and have yet to hear back. The stand immediately came unglued at a crucial area.

The second stand we purchased is fine, not good. There were pieces in the build that you can tell quality is lacking.

Absolutely amazing products. Very good quality and craftsmanship. It is also a useful product all the way around. The magnet is strong and the mat around the dish is easy to clean along with the whole unit being aesthetically pleasing. I have ordered these products prior and it took weeks to get and the company was out of many colors. This time, they were incredibly fast and the all color choices in stock.

Just received our 3rd purchased set of Trot bowls, they are outstanding!! The large puzzle bowl slows down our big boy and the medium bowls work great for our “wants to be big” girl. I only wish they made the large bowls and mat in black. Love the magnetic feature and the easy clean up, no more food remnants on the floor. A bonus surprise was the lids, not sure how often we’ll use them (now that we have a set in all of our houses) but am pleased to try them out. These bowls are some of the best purchases I’ve made for our fuzz faces! Keep up the great work!

Really bad experience—ordered the bowls with the stand for Christmas, upwards of $150. Feel very stupid now. Assembled the stand and the legs are uneven lengths so the whole thing wobbles. The bowls are clearly not designed to be used on a stand because the food bowl doesn’t stay in place when the dog eats—he just knocks it off. Stand has no lip/edge to hold the bowl on. I can see this working on the floor but the stand feels like a cheap add-on they haven’t thought through. I requested a refund and they told me I couldn’t return it because the stand had been assembled. . . Which is the only way we’d know it’s defective. Would steer anyone away from this business—slick graphics, crappy product, nasty customer service.
