Been with TRT Doctors for 9mths (formerly XY) and cannot rate them highly enough. Being able to function again without the fatigue, and moodiness is a life saver. Excellent communication and nothing seems too much for Arn to coordinate.

I've been with TRT Doctors for 7 months and I'm very happy with the service they provide. I'm 49 years old and 7 months ago I was feeling sluggish, tired, 139kg+ and had zero motivation. My testosterone was 11.4 with a free testosterone was 194, my GP said "everythings fine".
As an ex soldier the mindset of just push harder doesn't work in this case, I couldn't fix the problem with more exercise and weight training.

Dr Jansen is very easy to talk to and offers great advice. After getting the run-around from another clinic, I transferred to TRT Doctors using the $29 pathology option. The process was simple and they accepted my older low t reading and had new bloods organised within 24 hours. Communication was quick, and every question was answered clearly. I like that they don’t pressure you into any treatments and provided my options including seeing my GP. My energy and sleep quality have both improved noticeably.

TRT Doctors have recently taken over XY. Same crew running it. I expect the same great service. Arn and Dr Jansen have been great. Communication is timely and the script comes electronically the same day. I don't expect to see any difference.

The clinic was transparent about costs from the start, which was refreshing after dealing with subscription clinics. My first bloods were borderline and they didn’t push treatment until the follow-up confirmed it was needed. Dr J is straight-talking but thorough. Emails are answered the same day, and I’ve never had trouble reaching someone. It feels like proper patient care.

Been with them 6 months (previously XY). Levels steady, feeling great. Was a bit nervous with these online clinic but they are a legit professional team.  Arn is  responsive and always helpful. You can’t go wrong with these guys.
