A 'No Win, No Fee' agreement, otherwise known as a ‘conditional fee’ agreement, is an arrangement between you (the client) and your solicitor when making a legal claim. Simply put it means that should your claim be unsuccessful, you will not be liable to pay the fees for your solicitor’s services (as long as you have co-operated and followed their advice).
