What's said in public isnt the same as…
What's said in public isnt the same as the actual experience. Awful experience and won't even say why just to make sure review isn't flagged as this company immediately attempts on any negative review. But horrible experience, unprofessional staff but by far for me the worst things but this company is even their responses to negative reviews about reaching out and engaging are totally false. It's simply so that to the casual observer it looks like a reasonable company but they are not. They are quantity not quality with only concern to preserve their image

Going through with a claim can be very overwhelming, Anna from True Solicitors eliminated any of that for me.
By no fault of anyone’s, it was a long process. But regular communication throughout made it very easy to keep track on how things were going.

Our details were passed to True Solicitors by National Claims and we have been continually harassed by both organisations despite telling them that we were considering our options, did not want them to keep phoning and would contact them if we wished to proceed.

As you know, we spoke on 8th June and having listened to a recording of that conversation we cannot find any indication that you did not want us to contact you further. We wrote to you on the same day and then called last Thursday and Friday to make sure you had received our letter, and left messages. The last thing we want is for potential clients to feel pressured or harassed-that’s simply not the way we operate- and we are extremely sorry if we overlooked your wish not to be contacted.
