Always a little weary to use a solicitor that isn’t local, however I needn’t have worried - responded to emails timely, and completed the sale in good time.

True solicitors overall was really helpful and good, however if we are being completely honest and transparent- we feel that there was only a chase with our landlord, once we prompted or asked them.
There were fees, we were not informed about verbally, however that was probably our fault, when over looking of the paper work . The outcome we got was one, where we definitely got recognition for being terribly let down, although the high expectation end that we was kinda told about - would have been only if we dragged it out to court (we feel ) .
Albeit saying all this, Edward was nothing but patient, never rushed us, and as-long as we went to him directly, he was there for us with nothing but understanding.

They kept on & on to make me take out insurance I never needed. From start they had proof they needed that council were liable but still they wanted me to take insurance had so many sign me but still they kept on.
Now case won I've lost 40% of money was due so now can't afford to do like carpets, curtains, furniture sadly.
They made an agreement without telling me even though spoke to them 3 times ( they wouldn't call so I had to ) yet none of 'file handlers' told me they had done it.
PLEASE AVOID THESE AS JUST WANT YOUR MONEY NOT GIVING A DAM ABOUT WHAT YOUR DEALING WITH!
