I recently purchased one of their top tier packages for a month only to struggle with the VM for hours together. They have barely provided any support in the last 24 hours and even their discord community has been much helpful than their whole team. The servers randomly shutdown out of nowhere and when I opened a ticket on their ticket or on their dashboard I barely received any replies. This is the worst cloud computing service I've ever come across, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I spent 4 hours out of my allocated usage hours just downloading games alone. Never even got the chance to play one properly before the whole thing shutdown and wouldn't turn back on. Their downtimes have been quite worse lately and it's safe to say, they're not a good service. Would never recommend anyone to waste their money on their services.

Absolutely fantastic service. If you have a decent internet connection at your side, it will rarely have any drop in streaming quality. I have had no downtime issues as well apart from my own ISP router blocking the ports required by moonlight.

The pricing is honestly justified and no real major complains apart from the client side of thing feeling a bit rough around the edges. Support is responsive on discord and honestly a great community.

Also a tip for people who are bit tech savy, use tailscale and simply enjoy the hassle free experience cause in my opinion sunshine and moonlight are a bit finicky.

Its just awesome. Im just sold. The ssd might not be the fastest. But the price is just top notch. Just buy it. Have fun.

Actually this service good affordable,most important things customer support ultra fast and any issue solved within hours but in my case only tak 10 min😆

They are good but there are some downtime when servers are in maintanence,
Support is quick and cooperative

I turned off moonlight network and vm went off I told the support and they managed to get it fixed in 20 mins,
Cheapest in India but high ms for other country as they are India based server but still playable

They sell you a “cloud PC” but make you connect through third-party apps, and even then it’s full of lag, delay, and constant issues. I paid for a 3060 Ti and mostly got a 2060 Super, if that’s not fraud, I don’t know what is. Support takes hours, and they delete customer complaints on Discord to hide how bad things really are. They even promised extra days after downtime and still haven’t delivered it to any subscribers. This isn’t just bad service, it feels like a scam wrapped in excuses.

The screen was lagging and even the PC is lagging, the customer support is the worst. No refunds. Garbage quality
