DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Too many issues to write about here but to break it down I received one pair of shorts instead of three & they were awful - pocket was stitched to waistband so couldn’t be used! Have received automated emails but no actions to resolve the complaints.

I also had the same quality and sizing issues as others here have mentioned and requested a refund after returning the shorts to the florists shop. To be fair, although it took several complaining emails, I did eventually get my money back.

These are awful, the bag they came in was better than the shorts, so I wore that, I think they are spending more on bullshit than the shorts, DO NOT BUY THEM!!!!!

Quality is absolutely shocking.
Asked to return and it took about 6 emails for them to give me the returns address.
Sent back over 6 weeks ago and still no refund.
Dreadful.

If I could give zero stars I would! Awful quality trousers, and I'll certainly never wear them. Quality is awful, cut is awful. Given what I've read on here regarding the reruns process, I'm not even going to try. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts in same size but they were completely different sizes.
Must be over a month and at least a dozen emails to try and sort out a refund or replacement.
Allegedly they have sent a replacement but tracking number is invalid. Basically scam artists. Seem to have a had a similar experience to many others.

I wish id read the other reviews as my experience has been the same as others...truly awful. The products are cheap rubbish and after protracted argument to get a refund I sent my return (to their random florist shop!). Waited a month for refund and still chasing. Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered 2 pairs golf shorts and 2 belts on 26/8/25. By 6/9 still no notification of delivery and emailed to complain. By 12/9 nothing had changed and this despite their website quoting 5-7 day delivery. Raised a dispute with my credit card provider as a result.
Avoid this company at all costs.

So, so bad. Sizes are all over the place. Bought two pairs of shorts, both the same but different colours, same sizes but do not fit as the same sizes. Also ordered a xl shirt that only just fits my 11 year old

I bought two pairs of golf shorts on their buy 1 get 1 free deal. The marketing is slick but the product is rubbish. The shorts are two completely different sizes neither of which fit. The material is so thin you can see your underwear! As for no quibble refund I have just emailed them for a 4th time asking for a return address. They have offered me an exchange and a discount but no address for the return / refund. My advice DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not order. Shocking quality and stating they have not received my return when I sent them signed proof they accepted it.

This is a shocking company, stay well clear.
I ordered 3 XL shirts which arrived as the size of medium. I contacted them early June 2024 to replace the shirts for the next size up. The nominated return depot in the UK is a Florist shop...
After chasing them numerous times they stated they had not received the goods but luckily I sent them by recorded delivery. Finally they confirmed the items were received but at this point I had lost all confidence in the 2 bit operation so I asked for a full refund.
Now it is September (3 months) and I am still chasing for a credit for the returned items.
Never dealt with an online company that is so inefficient, stay well clear.

The marketing department is amazing, you are tricked into thinking the products are great, at best, better then what you already have. The reality, they are dreadful, and the price they ate trying to charge for this stuff is criminal.
The returns policy is horrendous, you end up having to send the product to a consolidation point in the UK which is a florists shop. Which you best send back on a signed for with tracking basis otherwise they will dispute they havent received. Really, this is a scam, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

This company is non responsive to customer concerns. I needed larger size, they agreed to send, then went MIA. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Do not use this company! The quality of the clothes is just disgraceful. Took ages to be delivered and now even after they have been returned well over a week (with signed proof) they are refusing to acknowledge this and still haven’t provided a refund.

The Instagram and all other social media adverts show a quality product but what they do not disclose is how bad the customer service is.

Upon reading the reviews, within 10 minutes of placing the order a request to cancel was issued. Automated email was issued within 24 hours stating they would look into the request. The response was to ask for the negative reviews and upon sending evidence, fraudulently stated they belonged to a different company.

I’m currently 14 days plus into requesting a full refund as the products were never shipped. I have been advised that refunds are dealt with in the order they are processed.

Official complaint lodged with the financial conduct authority, tracing standard and my bank regarding this fraudulent company.

Do not make the same mistake

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts on 29th June still not arrived on 8th August - I have requested a refund numerous times but they just keep fobbing me off - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- you’ll only regret it
I’m going to report them to Trading Standards something should be done to stop these rouge traders operating in the UK -

Absolutely awful product, AVOID!

This is nothing more than a clever marketing ploy/scam. They claim to be selling a premium product with the same quality of the leading brands at a fraction of the price when in reality they are just distributing the same cheap products that you could buy for a few quid from the likes of Temu.

The material is stretchy but thats not surprising when there is so little of it, there is a single outer that is so thin the light coloured pairs are almost see through. The overall quality is dreadful

48hour response time via email and you have to contact them prior to returning to products all to make it difficult for the consumer. I am still waiting for my refund after 3weeks, dont fall into this clever marketing trap. When it sounds too good to be true it usually is!

Turns out the returns address is the families floristry business, couldnt make it up!
