Hi this is very stressful the goods arrived with no tags on the items with the size label cut out of one of the shorts and two different sizes please advice what your going to do about this as I find it totally unacceptable that I have to pay postage

Just received 3 pairs of golf shorts. To say the quality is poor is overstating it. Paper thin material , poor pocket depth. Can be bothered with the hassle of returning so gonna bin them, it's all they are good for.

Below standard product and the worst customer service possible. Please do not waste your time.

Promised a lot and promotional VT’s show decent quality kit, but it’s a total scam - clothing is really poor quality, delivery takes for ever, customer service non existent. Avoid!

Absolutely shocking product they discount on multi purchases to draw you in and claim to be as good as market leaders .I purchased three pairs of shorts in the same size all of them were totally different fits and sizes absolute shocking quality….. please don’t waste your time or money they will refund you but they won’t give you your money back for the return costs AVOID AT ALL COST

Absolutely awful quality shorts, which took three weeks to arrive. Then took a month - and a total of 26 emails - to get my money back. I only carried on asking for a refund because I got so annoyed with what appeared to be AI-generated excuses!

I order some shorts, that were made out of the cheapest material I have ever seen. I asked for a refund and he (Kiane) kept replying offering a discount. Five emails later he accepted a refund.

I sent them back and asked for my refund. I was told they hadn't received them back, even though It was signed for and I have proof. I sent him the proof and he said he would "speak to accounts" even though this is definitely one person on their own. It's been nine days since they had these and have still not refunded me.

This is your final warning before. You also sent me your return address. you fool.... So I suggest you pay me, or suffer the consequences.

Do not deal with this company. I ordered what they claimed was a size 34 pair of shorts. What was delivered was sub standard and faulty, the zippers were broken and when I measured the waist, it was a size 40, not a 34. I requested a refund and all they offered was a percentage off the purchase price. When I advised them that I was legally entitled to a refund, quoting chapter and verse from the consumer rights act, all went quite and they stopped responding. Fortunately the card company if purchased the goods with has refunded my money.

Arguably the worst company I have ever purchased from, an utter Chinese drop ship scam. Shorts were the worst quality I have ever seen, their claim to have reverse engineered the Galvin Green shorts is a joke - these are dreadful. I have submitted a return, and am having to chase every single day, it’s been over 2 weeks, and they just keep saying they are very busy, and it’s in the queue for inspection. Joke of a company, golfers try Bogey Plus One instead

A company which is not transparent nor trustworthy. From start to finish was a dreadful experience. Their products are sub-par at the very best bordering on tat. They quite clearly operate out of China with their UK base being a flower shop in Southampton used for returns. Want your money back? You’ll be waiting for about 6 weeks with constantly having to badger them. Save your time and don’t bother using these charlatans.

Appalling service and quality. The sizing is terrible, the shorts took an age to arrive then came without any labels or paperwork. Customer service string you along, claim they have not received the returns and are yet to provide a refund. Stay clear!

Avoid these guys like the plague.

Saw their advert and thought “yeah, I’d like a couple of nice pairs of golf shorts for £50, why not give a little, unknown company a go”.

Maybe should have checked their reviews first.

Had a golf trip planned 12 days later, plenty of time for them to arrive…you would have thought!

But no, finally arrived 3 days after I got back.

Prior to my trip (and after the date I’d expected delivery) I checked their reviews and saw how very difficult they were to deal with so thought I’d get ahead of the game and cancel my order (as it wasn’t even in the country yet according to the tracking information), nope, that wasn’t possible apparently.

I had to accept delivery, despite being within my 14 day cooling off period…set out by the Consumer Contracts Regulations act 2013…and cover the cost of return. Who knew? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Anyway, the shorts finally arrived 3 days after I got back from the trip I’d specifically purchased them for (was a great trip by the way, drank too much and didn’t get enough sleep, you know the rest) and tried them on thinking “you know what; if they’re half decent, I’ll at least get the rest of the summer out of them”.

Guess what…they were considerably less than half decent. Shock.

The cheapest, worse quality product you could imagine. I’d have been better off buying some shorts off the looky looky lads we met on the golf trip!

Terrible fit, awful quality material, nothing whatsoever like the advert. Shocking.

Anyway, trying to get my money back now, will hopefully have it by the time we go on our next trip if I’m lucky.

Stay away from these guys, cheap tat, awful to deal with and late delivery.

Couple of tips for you…make sure you drink plenty of water when you’re golfing abroad…and get yourself a pair of shorts from a reputable brand, not these guys.

Absolutely agree with all the other reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered 2 pairs golf trousers in April arrived 7 weeks later, both wrong size sent! Returned to the Florists in Fareham after roughly 25 emails and literally just got the refund as I was going to take it further. Returning items cost me over £8 and it was their fault they sent the wrong size. This company should be closed down. Hope this review stops people getting ripped off

Ordered 3 pairs of shorts, delivery took ages and when they finally arrived the quality was awful, cheap nasty material and the sizes are ridiculous, probably based on overseas sizes if you get my drift. I tried one pair on and the plastic button fell off. I didn't even try on the other 2 pairs. I contacted the company and arranged a refund. I was asked to send them back which I did. They were signed for on the 20th June but they denyed that untill I proved it and sent photos of the "Gannaways Florist" where they were delivered to by their request. I have chased several times but still no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The clothing is not as advertised. It’s cheap. The sizes are off. They’ve cut the labels out and do not respond. Avoid.

3 weeks to arrive and they are the cheapest poor quality shorts , you can see through them . Total rip off , the face book video is very clever and makes the shorts look great quality . I paid £50 for 2 pairs of shorts you could buy for £5 each . Scam

This website is a scam. They say products arrive in 2-5 days in the uk but they’re shipped from china and weeks later and I’ve still not received anything. Extremely poor
