Unacceptable 24-hour setup delay and poor technical support.

I purchased a VPS from Truehost for an AI deployment project, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating.

1. The Delay: In an industry where VPS provisioning is usually instant, it took Truehost a full 24 hours to get my server live. Despite this delay, my billing cycle began immediately, meaning I was charged for a day I had no access.

2. Dismissive Support: When I reached out to customer service, there was no apology for the delay. Most importantly, the support agents completely ignored my technical questions, giving only vague, one-sentence updates about when the server would be ready.

3. Modern Standards: If you are a developer looking for a reliable "on-demand" cloud experience, look elsewhere. The hardware might be affordable, but the setup speed and lack of human support make it a poor choice for serious projects.

Bottom line: 1 star for making a simple setup feel like a 2-day struggle.

ZOLA the chatbot destroyed my site

Their chatbot Zola destroyed my site and didn't let me chat with a customer support agent on whatsapp. Immediately i bought my domain i was greeted with heavy issues which i solved MYSELF this night. i believe a human is behind that bot and i don't think it's the same person i chatted with when i got my first domain 3 years ago. I'l l transfer my domain very soon.

Don't waste your money on Truehost, you'll be greeted with issues immediatey and they won't be minor issues. If you go to the support a bot will reply and will not let you chat with an agent until it has wasted 48 hours of your time. it is a disgrace and it's exhausting

worst experience not helpful atall

Give praise where it's deserved

I've had my fair share of issues with other hosting platforms, but I would have to say, when it comes to good customer support, kudos to the support team on truehost. I dare say this is one of the best I've seen so far. They also have affordable prices for their service compared to other platforms with good uptime too.
