WARNING: BEFORE YOU BUY...
This is so bizarre I don't even know how to explain it.
I ordered the lymphatic product. I paid $33.44 for 3 months' worth. It mentioned nothing about a subscription. I got a call later that evening from a fast-talking salesperson wanting to add on K9, and Magnesium to help me out. LOL!
She "acted" like it was a FREE bonus. I declined.
I later found out by an email sales letter.
That they wanted another $150 for the add ons!
Glad I said NO!
Here's what is weird. I used my Debit card for the order, I typed the number in myself, but when I went to pay my credit card (with a whole different number) the order was there.
HOW THE HECK DID THEY GET THAT CARD INFO?
Here's the thing...I do not use my credit card for such purchases; my credit card is in a safe and only used for emergencies or balance transfers.
That card was last used in Dec 2025.
I contacted the Credit Card CO. they could see the pattern of my use, they noticed the company's bad reviews and suggested that I cancel my card to avoid subscription charges and possible fraud.
He suggested that I file a fraud claim. So, I did.
I now have to call my bank and cancel that debit card too, the one I actually used, to make sure no one makes a charge on that card.
This is weird and ridiculous...How did they get my credit card number?
The Credit card co said that company's similar to these could have gotten that number off the dark web.
WTF!?!?!!!
MY SPECULATION>>>Is that they located and used the CC number to insure they could hit it big with subscription charges and I would not notice.
I am still baffled! But we will see when I call my bank if this company has a subscription set up or whatever.

After reading these reviews, I realize I should have done more research than trust a Facebook Ad, and I am disgusted that Facebook would not do a background check on an advertiser.
A companywide standard of verifying advertisers on trust pilot or whatever DNB and see if they are legit, or without blemish.
Please before using this company, do your research you may find another company like Swanson Vitamins that has a lymphatic blend you can use, that cheaper and more effective, and they are great!

I admit that I was a little nervous ordering vitamins and dietary supplements online. However, I decided to give it a try and pray for the best. I had just attempted to take a pill that I got from a major pharmacy. What I received was a pill that was so large I couldn't swallow it. What a waste, especially because it was a buy one get one deal. So, I had seen ads for Tru Nutra, and ordered it.I purchased the vitamin D3&K2 vitamins. I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was quick, a pill easy to swallow and a package I could open without pulling out a tool box. I was extremely impressed with the customer service that checked to see if everything was OK. This prompted me to try the blood sugar complex. I had purchased the "other" brand and was not happy. So, I placed an order and once again got fast delivery and a follow up message. I did have a few questions and sent a text. Customer service responded quickly. OK my questions were as follows: I needed to know the proper dosage. I thought the bottle would be larger. I needed a magnify glass to read the info/ instructions. So if you're a senior like I am or have poor eyesight it will be difficult to read. I also suggest you check the ounces so you can have enough to last you. The bottle looks larger online. The things I mentioned would be helpful to the senior population, those with disabilities and caregivers.

I placed an order, and received it fairly quickly. I had forgotten that it was a reoccurring order that I needed to cancel, because I had ordered a 6 month supply right off the bat. I got a personalized text message, and the agent was able to help me cancel all future orders, and gave me a discount on the one that was processing. That was extremely helpful. The product itself is fine, I don't know that I have really seen any difference, but I will continue to take it. I would recommend it based on customer service alone.

I love the lymphatic complex! It works amazingly! My legs, feet and ankles are not swollen at the end of the day when I take it. The True Nutra website is easy to use and manage subscriptions. And their customer service awesome! I will continue to use this amazing product!

I had my doubts at First. My blood sugars started going down after taking TrueNutra. My blood sugar stated in the high 200 then I started noticing that it was coming down a bit so I thought it an adjustment to my pump. So I stopped taking to see and it went back up the next day. So now I'm in the mid to high 100. I feel fantastic 😁

I am very pleased with TrueNutra products & supplements, i.e. my endocrinologist told me my vitamin D was very low. So I began to take D3/K2 from TrueNutra & at my next appointment my doctors said I was doing great now...vitamin D no longer low, etc. etc. etc. Now looking forward to my order of Lymphatic Complex from TrueNutra. At my age it's important to stay as healthy as possible for a good quality of life.
