After placing my order with True Nutra Health, I quickly received emails with shipping and tracking emails. And then it happened, notice of delivery. Only there was no package. Anywhere. Nothing but disappointment. I contacted customer service about this and they immediately got to work, trying to help me. USPS said it was delivered last Friday and now its Tuesday. True Nutra prepared to send replacements and then the product
showed up in my mailbox, obviously opened. Good news my order was still complete. I contacted customer service immediately to stop the replacement order. They did get it stopped in time, but then they offered me a 50% refund. I refused but it was definitely above and beyond service! WOW! This was NOT the company’s fault and still they did everything to try and make it right with me. I strongly recommend this company based on their customer service alone! I’m anxious to give their product a try.

Always so good support, whenever i need them they answer in 5 min. and always good and direct solutions to the situation, never a problem and thats why i always choose to turn to them when i need something. And, the treatment from everyone working as support are 100%, really good and professional. And last, always compensated 😄🙏

did not sign up for continued orders.when email said preparing another order contacted them saying do not send but did so anyway.contacted again said it was sent and will refund $12 out of $150.looked at bank statement next day and they have stolen an extra $109.53.about $300 out of pocket in a month.had to get new credit card to stop them helping them selfs to my money

I to have had a wonderful experience and received my order on time. I pray in time others will have a better outlook on your products. Complete Scam!!!! Ordered and paid for product from a professional looking site, received a confirmation email and since then have received no product. Have sent numerous emails and WhatsApp's but received absolutely no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is a total fraud. A fraud support email on website, when you do get a link, it is also fraud and not workable. DO NOT purchase anything from them. I have filed complaints in my state. BEWARE

In spite of all the negative comments I read, my experience was exactly the opposite. I was so impressed with customer service. I had some questions about the product and I was connected to one of their health coaches. Again, I was so impressed with his knowledge. He answered all my questions. It was truly one of the best experiences I ever had with an internet company.

Ashley at True Nita was awesome. I made a mistake on my first order and thought it would never get fixed. Another ghost internet company selling someone else’s product. I reached out to them even though I didn’t think I’d get a response. But within minutes Ashley from true Nutra responded and fixed everything. When my product arrives, he even texted me to make sure that it made it. Started my first doses last night. As to their customer service I would rate it a 10 out of 10. I’ll post another review after 30 days on the two supplements that I bought.

Truenutra are scammers. Don't order from them. They send a confirmation email that looks legit. Items never arrive, and they do not answer any further correspondence.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. This is a scam company that sends you a reorder of a product you didn't order and claim you subscribed to receive them. They will not issue a full refund. Stay away! They also sell under the name Resilia

This is a scam! Be careful. They dont sell you a one time purchase but a subscription that you cant cancel! Misleading and fraud.

If it was possible to put zero stars I would. They no longer sell the item I ordered so they just charged me anyway and sent me a completely different item. I tried to get a refund and authorization to return and they offered me a 10% refund! What the heck? They sent me something I didn't order and charged ME to keep it? Crooks! They won't pay to take it back. Anyone know if there's a way to report this kind of theft?

Add me to the list if unsatisfied customers. When I ordered, I ordered about 3 months' worth. I knew there was a subscription but thought it would--DUH ME--come at the end of THREE MONTHS. I just got hammered today for a charge I wasnt expecting.

Chewy, Amazon, anyone else sends a reminder notice ahead of time. These clowns don't. When I contacted them immediately upon notification that they needed to stop it, I was met with all sorts of excuses that they can't do that, and they dont GIVE REFUNDS. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!?

They allegedly have cancelled my subscription. We will see. DO NOT BUY from there crooksters. They live on an island in the sea of RED TAPE to try and change anything about your order. Terrible. Unethical.

In 11-25, I ordered a supplement, but I didn't know, I somehow, had a subscription, that I didn't want. In 12-25, they changed me again. Fake customer service Michael S., and several emails going back and forth, I was told THE SUBSCRIPTION HAD BEEN CANCELLED, and I would get a refund.....WRONG, NEVER HAPPENED.
Now, in 01-26, they have fuqen charge me again. The website is impossible, and NOWHERE in it is there a place to cancel subscription, even though it says to just go there.
If you are thinking about ordering, STOP, DON'T DO IT !! This company is FAKE, FRAUDULENT AND NOTHING BUT THEIVES!

you advertise a bag of capsules that says THREE HUNDRED softjells ….in every advertisement ,then you ship a bag containing THIRTY !!!!! SHAME ON YOU..you’re using deception,& everyone needs to know that you will only get THIRTY….now after I paid $36.86 for mine , you advertise it for $10.00 I will tell everyone to avoid your brand

I purchased the Magnesium supplement and didn't realize I got signed up for a subscription till I got an email saying my next order was being shipped. I cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund as I said it wasn't working and didn't need it. I said I would return it. They said they couldn't refund it as it had already been shipped, I said I would return it. They said they would offer a 10% refund so $6 USD wow, thanks! I'm still fighting.

I was signed up for a subscription I did not want, but I had ordered 6 months worth of product, so no rush, right?

30 days later they charged my card, so I reached out to "customer support" who offered me 10% refund and I can keep the product. No thank you.
We are multiple emails in, AND I sent them the refund policy FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE and they came back with an offer of a 25% refund.
No sir. You will be getting this product back UNOPENED and I will get my full refund. I am now angry and feel cheated, so into battle I go!

Shortly after doing this review I received an email back from Customer Service that I would be getting a full refund and that the order was canceled. I stand by my review, NO business should have misleading practices and True Nutra is absolutely misleading on their website. Buyer beware.
