I ordered six jars
I ordered six jars. I have no idea why I received anything from Amazon but it came from Amazon. I only received three jars. Sent them an email. I was supposed to get my other jars and once I saw that I had a subscription I canceled it because I never subscribed. They canceled my order but they did charge me for three jars that I never received. So I will be contacting my bank because it's called stealing. I did see that they had sent out three jars but when I guess I canceled the subscription they requested the three jars to go back. I did pay over $180 for six jars and that's what I expect the jars that I ordered. So unfortunately I will not be ordering anymore and I will not refer this product to anyone because from the beginning it was a mess.

My order arrived, unfortunately one of the jars of sea moss broke during transit. I took photos, sent an email and Alex responded right away and was amazing throughout the whole process, initiated a replacement and sent over all of the information. I am very pleased with my experience.

I received my 1st official shipment from True Sea Moss today, so excited to start my Sea Moss journey. Truth be told I ordered 1st from Amazon & loved it.
Unfortunately 1 of my 2 jars was shattered in shipment. I contacted True Sea Moss immediately & boy did they quickly fix my shipment issue. No hassle, just sent in images & done.

BTW, from my Amazon order(used Amazon just to try) I was so happy to quickly notice a difference in my hip arthritis pain & over all energy boost!!!
