Multiple Kudos for Company & Product
The product tastes delicious. I have not taken it long enough to see weight loss assistance. As a senior citizen I enjoy how it is not too sweet or bitter. Also at 71 even though I do not like the AI - techno driven experience, True Sea Moss' online chat experience was good. The customer service was good and pleasant. The "algorithm" was not too fast like some sites and it really is affordable. The other thing I like is that the online representative did not try to convince me to change my initial request which was to cancel due to non affordability, but instead helped we walk through my subscription so I could see it was affordable and could stay in my fixed income budget. All around rare delightful experience.

This company enrolled me in a monthly subscription when I made 1 purchase. I cant say that I felt any difference using the product for the 1 month. There is no way to speak with a human and it appears I will be stuck paying an additional 40 bucks. Order with caution

First time ordering
Our first order arrived today with one of the jars broken and leaking all over the box. We took photos and spoken with someone who responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. I was kind of expecting it to be harder than it was or take a lot more time trying to get a replacement jar. I am very happy with the quick response and easy resolution. The box was even marked FRAGILE, but arrived pretty beat up.

Great customer service
I’m sure it’s a great product, I personally didn’t like the taste. Plus it’s a little expensive when I’m on a fixed income. I cancelled my subscription. They were very kind and took care of it right away. I received a package and wanted to return it. They didn’t charge me for it and told me to keep it. I thought that was a very nice thing to do.

This is my second order with True Sea Moss. I am really impressed with the product. Unfortunately I received my second order and one of the jars was damaged. I ordered six jars
I ordered six jars. I have no idea why I received anything from Amazon but it came from Amazon. I only received three jars. Sent them an email. I was supposed to get my other jars and once I saw that I had a subscription I canceled it because I never subscribed. They canceled my order but they did charge me for three jars that I never received. So I will be contacting my bank because it's called stealing. I did see that they had sent out three jars but when I guess I canceled the subscription they requested the three jars to go back. I did pay over $180 for six jars and that's what I expect the jars that I ordered. So unfortunately I will not be ordering anymore and I will not refer this product to anyone because from the beginning it was a mess.
