I received my first order of True Sea Moss with 2 jars (watermelon and soursop), and the soursop jar was damaged upon delivery. However, I contacted the company via chat, sent pictures of damaged jar and the response with replacement order was quick and seamless. I like a company with great customer service!

Disappointed
I received 2 batches of cranberry sea moss on two separate orders, they were both runny. I tried to reach out to notify my concern. 5 days later NO response from them. I will be canceling my subscription. These items are too pricey for them not to recheck before shipping. It was obvious that its runny with just moving jar around before packaging. Of course the first one that was ordered was great. So I ASSUMED the other two would be fine after I finish other flavors I purchased. WRONG!. Just a disappointment….

Sea moss tastes awesome. But unfortunately two of my jars came broken inside. I reach out to their customer service and sent pictures. I immediately received a response. And they said no problem and they will replaced the two broken jars. That awesome.

awesome product…
True sea moss is an awesome product that has made my tummy and immune system healthier. The company does an excellent job with customer service. I had an issue with a shipment being damaged and the took care of it quickly. I needed to change how often my shipments came and that was changed easily as well.

When I received my package, one of my items was leaking. There was a QR code on the package which allowed me to easily reach someone about my issue. Within minutes, someone responded & processed a replacement.

As a 1st time customer
As a 1st time customer, my experience has been quite challenging. My original order was for 4 jars, 2 arrived shattered all over the box. With a shipment this size and the pictures provided, one would think an expedited replacement. Nope. 1 WEEK LATER, my 2 replacements were shipped out. Instead of trying to rectify the poor packaging, my replacements were shipped out, multiple states away, before it finally came to me. Now, 1 of the replacement jars are broken, AGAIN. Same packaging, same waiting game. I am highly upset because everyone nowadays makes you subscribe, just to try it out and yet all that money spent, you cannot ensure better packaging for shipment? I wanted as a gift to my mom and it keeps coming broke. This is just order #1. Horrible experience.

Genuine Customer Service
I received an order that was completely damaged, broken jar with possible glass in the container, and missing a lid. I contacted customer support after-hours and was meet with genuine concern. Immediately the customer service agent was all business and ready to help! They expressed genuine concern and requested pictures. The replacement process was expedited and my new order will be shipped immediately. The customer service agent’s pleasant response, genuine concern and thoughtfulness was refreshing. I am so happy and cannot wait to get started with my Pineapple Mango True Seamoss.

I've been ordering for some months and love how the items are packaged and if I have a concern I send a email and get a response quite quickly, also they track your orders and help make arrangements to send another order truly have great customer service. This is my second order
This is my second order, and I’m just as happy as I was with the first! The Sea Moss is so tasty, and I love knowing that I’m enjoying something that’s good for my body too. Unfortunately, one of the jars in my second order arrived broken, but I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue right away. Great product and excellent customer service.
