I'd give a zero if I could
I'd give a zero if I could. 1st they set up a subscription I didn't, it's automatically set up. I bought 1 jar to check it out. It tastes like dirty mango sea water definitely nasty. Zero health Benefits - they sent a second jar I sent them an email letting them know I didn't like it nor did I want it asked how I could send it back. I've been told they would get back to me on 2 days it's now been over a week. I was told now they won't accept a return. The website states they will. It's in the original box that it was sent in unopened. They will not help. Buyers beware.

Easy! That’s the best way to describe it. Most places won’t let you change anything once you’ve been charged. But this was so easy.

I love the product and the fast service…
I love the product and the fast service you get when something is not right. Only gripe is for my delivery they use Amazon and they broke one of my jars. I don't blame True Sea Moss they was on it for replacement.

I had an issue with subscription charges that I didn’t realize I had signed up for, and the customer service rep who assisted me was amazing! They were extremely quick to respond and resolved the issue right away.
Honestly, it seemed like they were waiting on me with how fast the responses and refund were processed, lol! 😂 The entire experience was seamless and hassle-free.
