Very nice tea, practical resealable packaging with clear labelling, quick delivery.

Excellent flavours, would use again

I was running low on kukicha, my favourite tea. Ordered a refill on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Job done. many thanks.

Great selections of tea to try out, easy to use website and never had trouble with the delivery. Been a happy customer for 3y now.

Order placed, goods received swiftly

Great rooibos selection, easy to order, delivery took over a week but it was probably due to Christmas period. I highly recommend this company and definitely will be using them again.

Delicious teas, fast delivery

Great tea, flavours lovely. A good price and delivered on time

Delivery was very quick.
For some reason I couldn’t pay using Apple Pay.
Tea is good as usual, though it seems there are more bits of stalk in this batch.

Parcel arrived as notified. Contents smell divine!

Great tea and great service. We discovered True Tea during a break in Harrogate and now don’t drink any other.

High quality product. Thank you!

The tea is excellent and there is plenty of choice available. I have had a couple of questions and received really good help and service by telephoning yourselves

I think I've only ever written one review on here before, I don't do reviews, I don't read them, so I don't see much point, unless the product and service are exceptional, exceptional enough to warrant my time in composing some words, for others to read, while not doing whatever else is on my day's to do list. It's quite the quandary sometimes, doing something for others, instead of yourself, especially in today's cultural climate. But enough of that, tea. Let's talk tea, that's why we're here. Ceylon High Grown this morning, arrived promptly @ 09:31 GMT, as informed it would by email at end of office hours on Friday, from an order placed a few hours prior to that, by phone, as my open source browser was having some issues with a quite expensive VPN following a recent update. Excellent, steeped in RO stripped water, heated pot, porcelain, mid century, German, quite rare, I own several of this type. Nuanced, expressive, full of life. Nice cuppa, big up the 'Arrogut crew. You done good. Bravo a touts.

Love the blends here they are full of flavour, intresting, and just the smell of some of them brewing bring immense comfort and joy. I've ordered a few times and delivery is always quick and packaged well. one day i must visit the shop!

My regular order of loose tea arrived promptly thankyou. I have two favourites Midnight rose 🌹 &PU-ERH CHAI AND THE ARE CONSTANTLY amazing . But i love that I can buy tasters of all the other teas . And thankyou so much for sending a new Rose tea I will give it the Derrian afternoon tea test . So watch this space

Tremendously fast delivery, the most fabulous Japanese green cherry tea, and the ability to buy sample sizes of all of their teas which is a great way to try new types and flavours without risk. Have recommended them to family, and will be using them again without hesitation.

I have had your teas before and they are fabulous, so much so I ordered them to be delivered to me in Portugal as I was missing them and we were staying for a few weeks.
Unfortunately this was probably not a good idea, as of yet I have not received them. I think there is a payment to be made which I am investigating and some one told me once this has been paid they will deliver them.
🤞🏻🙂
