Have used True Toys a couple of times now and would definitely again, great prices for branded toy, they often have special offers and has usually been free delivery for me, delivery is quick and parcels are well packed, no complaints at all

Package delivered in its original box with a lot of damage which with it been a present for my grandson isn’t ideal

Received 2 out of the 4 toys with the packaging all ripped and beaten up !! Absolutely shocking how it passed checking and packing in the warehouse !!

I use this company regular but this was just lazy and unkind , toys are for children and usually purchased as gifts or Christmas or birthdays, I couldn’t pass one of the items on at all!! I managed to celotape the other item back together !!

Complaint made however it’s AI Responses and they want me to pay for and refurb a destroyed item that arrived ripped etc - not my fault and I will raising a charge back with my bank for damaged item / I have proof - luckily this particular item is only £13.99 - I managed to repair the other item!!

I’ve had a great experience ordering from True Toys - good range of products, well priced. They’ve delivered quickly and have used an outer box for big toys, which was great as I was worried that prying eyes might see them. I will absolutely order again.

This pram has been purchased for my grandaughter for Christmas. So it's still in the box and I can't review the product. However I can say that the price was very competitive and I got an extra 10% off, making it a lot cheaper than Amazon. It was quickly delivered too.

1st time ordering from here, daughters birthday coming up fast, she wanted Harry Potter lego, the way things are of late really can't afford much, but then I saw the add, decided to look it up, took me around 1.5hrs to pluck up the courage to try and buy it.... So glad I did it arrived today!! So happy wrapped and ready, I was sent emails every step of the way, great delivery will definitely (hopefully) be back soon to get rest of the lego great store for sure thank you

Iv'e never used this website before so I was a little cautious at first,but there was no need to be.There's plenty of choice with very good prices. Very quick delivery, came with lots of padding so none of the boxes were damaged.

The order arrived fast. The only problem it was not packet. It was birthday present for my son. First he saw the present when delivery man got it. And secondly- the box was all smashed and it looked like second hand item. Its expensive lego, so the company should pack it properly.

Really happy with my purchase, it was a great price plus the time between ordering and delivery was so fast.
Definitely be ordering from True Toys again.
