Ricky our tech engineer for the past few years is fantastic!

Ive been working with them for 2 weeks and they have no called no show on 5 separate occasions. We trusted them to do a WDIR report for a VA loan and they let us down and now our loan will not go through. Ive been promised the world from escalations, emails to local offices, manager call backs and it's all been nothing but smoke and mirrors.

What a difference a extremely knowledgeable Service Specialist makes in putting my mind at ease. Prior specialist Arron was great and spent a great amount of time explaining the procedures and outcomes. Due to injury he was replaced by Stephen White, never thought anyone could replace Arron.
Well as time went on I found Stephen was even better ie calling me prior to every visit and explaining what he was about to do. Secondly Stephen has taken it upon himself to assemble a catalog of plants shrubs and flowering bushes. His knowledge and willingness to assist goes above and beyond any of my expectations. I miss Arron but welcome Stephen, I couldn't be more pleased. Please share this review with Stephen and let him know how much one of his customers apricate his candor and professionalism.

I do not recommend services. The service coordinator who came to our home misinformed us regarding the included services. We were told we received a full year's treatment at no additional cost. We then started to receive monthly bills. It has been impossible to get a hold of someone to remove the bill.

My wife contacted this company through their website contact page after reading on there how they help with bird control. We have a problem with birds nesting in the roof. I clicked on the dropdown in the website that said 'birds' and left our contact details. Six hours later a man calls and says "we can't help with bird problems! Where did you get this information?" my wife said "on your website." He said "we don't do this work you have to fix it yourself"
ZERO customer service, laughable. Please SAVE YOURSELF YOUR TIME AND ENERGY - Don't bother contacting this company. USELESS.

Been a customer of Truly Nolen for over 25 years. I received notice that my local servicing office has changed and since then sevice has become non existent. I have called the 1800 number three times and each time they say the local office will get back to me. I haven't heard back.
Extremely disappointed!

After several years of service with them ,I have to say it is not the same company. Crew unreachable at all times . They do not answer any calls !!
Of course this is after you signed the contract with them . Very disappointed!! Very upset . After the fumigation they never contact us to let us know when the house was safe to go in . We had to figured it out our self’s . they didn’t even try to place the tent outside the garden and destroyed our beautiful garden . Also when crew was using ladders to place the tent they damage a gutter from my our house . Not only we paid high price to have a good service . But now we will need to have to replace everything they left behind destroyed !!
To top it off they got to remove the lock on the door after the first week of removing the tent and this is because my husband insisted on calling them
And finally some one answered . Never Never again! I do not recommend to
Anyone that have to work hard for their money to have a good service

Been with this company for approximately 30 years, but no longer. Service is not what it used to be. Got a quote for tenting and signed quote documentation. Five days later quote was changed and additional charges added increasing the fee greatly. Highly disappointed that you can't talk to the local office and must go through a call center. Have left messages through call center as well as messages through online account and still can't get anyone to call me back. So much for loyal customer service.

I used Truly Nolan for bedbugs. I was given to my local one. I have never paid for anything that was so carelessly done. I had no idea what to expect so when an elderly man came in and told me and my pet to stay on the enclosed porch away from him working, I did. He did not do a proper job and 3 times later no improvement. Seeing another technician work, I learned my tech did not do a correct job. It is so hard to deal with that company as they say each location has their own area. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

This is the worst service I have had and then on top of that to charge me a cancellation fee for a service that never got rid of the bug. Crappy service don't recommend using them they will spray and put down traps but don't guarantee anything as they say.

My 7-year costly experience with Truly Nolen Termite Control

Since 2017, we’ve paid Truly Nolen Pest Control Termites each year for termite inspection and preventative treatment.

After recently obtaining termite inspections from two other companies, we discovered that 80 feet of facia and related roof boards around our entire house were termite-damaged.

It cost us thousands to replace roof boards around our entire house that were termite-damaged while we had a contract with Truly Nolen Termite Control.

I also had unhelpful conversations with the San Marcos Truly Nolen branch manager, David Luong over the years. In my interactions with him, Mr. Luong clearly puts the company first and the customer last.

It doesn't matter how polite the Truly Nolen technicians are, if you make the mistake we made and believe that they will actually inspect the roof boards and they do not. Then you end up paying thousands for replacement and repair.

In my experience, Truly Nolen is untrustworthy with annual termite inspection. Truly Nolen did not provide us with adequate inspection and preventative treatment during our annual inspections .

Who knows what the technicians were even doing when they did an annual inspection of our home for termites since 2017? The thousands of dollars we have paid them since 2017 was TRULY a waste of money.

Truly Nolen could improve by giving customers the truth about termite presence, because that's what we paid them for. For years.

I do not recommend Truly Nolen Termite Control for any services.

Estamos muy contentos con el servicio y la atención de Joshua Oaxaca. Le comentaba a mi esposo que Joshua y esta compañía, son de las pocas verdaderamente cumplidas que nos hemos encontrado en la Ciudad de Las Cruces, New Mexico. El problema con los escorpiones, arañas, cien pies, escarabajos, etc (ya se, parece Jumanji, pero es que vivimos en medio del desierto), esta controlado por completo. Tengo arboles frutales en casa y Joshua se tomo el tiempo de explicarle a mi esposo que tipo de producto usaría y a que distancia lo aplicaría. Tambien fumigan nuestro negocio. En fin, TRULY NOLEN Y MR. JOSHUA SE SACARON UN 100! Totalmente recomendado.

Luis Mejia is one of those rare diamonds, honestly, well informed and willing to spend time explaining the problem's, the treatment and expectations. He was very thorough and even looked between the gaps in the floorboards, he pulled out bookcases and skirting boards and found the problem and put down the appropriate treatment.

We absolutely love this company! We had rat proofing and quarterly pest control done and they’ve been great to work with. They come out every time we have a problem!
