This company has never failed me for many years. My service man Lon is the very best – always going above and beyond. He’s professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Truly Nolen was contracted for pest control.
Since January we had scorpion issues and we tried to stop with Truly but due to ineffective pest control we still have them running around.
THEN, they had the audacity to require a cancellation fee for NOT doing what was contracted
STAY AWAY!

Britt is our technician and she is one of the very best we have ever had. She listens to what you tell her and takes her time and does the very best job possible. She's a very kind person who takes pride in what she does....please keep her!

Do not use them !!! I hired them after we discovered a roof rat had destroyed our range . Our home is in Las Vegas and roof rats are a common problem . We told the Truly Nolen tech the rat ran under our dish washer .
They gave us a proposal to secure our home and set up traps. $2000 later they sent photos of areas they had sealed that were possible ways the rats were getting in .
The monthly charge was $60 for them to continue the service . Not once did they ever catch a rat in their traps over the 8months they serviced our home .
We discovered our dish washer was leaking . When the appliance tech came out , he pulled out our dish washer and a rat ran into the wall. Our dish washer had been damaged and un-repairable due to the rat.
I immediately called Truly Nolen and a tech was dispatched. He pulled out the dish washer and saw signs of rats including a hole in the wall the rat was coming in and out of .
I also discovered a piece on the floor board counter, between the dish washer and stove was missing. Which the service Truly Nolen missed as part of my $2000 house inspection.
Long story short . Even though I told the first tech, we saw a rat run under the dishwasher , I was told the techs are not allowed to move appliances. Yet they moved my stove and refrigerator. I didn’t not know they did not move my dish washer . Even though the tech who came after we discovered the dish washer was destroyed by a rat , moved the dish washer and discovered the hole .
Truly Nolen said they are not responsible for rodent infestation and would not cover the replacement of my dishwasher.
I researched further and saw many negative reviews for the Vegas Area on Truly Nolen. Many saying rats were still in the wall.
Truly Nolen is also not accredited with the BBB in the Las Vegas area , yet are accredited with the BBB in other states .
We gave Truly Nolen almost $2500 for a rodent problem and the rodents are still in my home. DO NOT USE TRULY NOLEN if you are having ROOF RAT issues in the LAS VEGAS area . Do your research on them before falling for their scam.

The company Truly Nolen does not like to cancel service with their customers. My 1 year service ended and they still charged my credit card even after I requested cancellation in December, plus I only had a contract for 1 year. At that point they should have stopped charging . They should have called me and asked for a renewal but they didn't. They just charged me.

Richard arrived on schedule today. He checked my attic and I was happy to hear that I had no termites. He also checked the perimeter of my house as well as my back patio. Glad to hear that the termites have not returned. I’ve had Truly Nolan for over 5 years. I initially had termites and Truly Nolan drilled holes into the active areas and injected a chemical into the wood and killed those nasty termites. Truly Nolan continued to come back a few times without charge until they were all dead. I avoided having my entire house tented by using their chemical injected method and saved thousands of dollars. I am termite free!

Kristian was very knowledgeable, he identified the spaces mice were entering our home! He was very personable, and answered all the questions we had for him. Since he did the work on the outside of our home. We have no mice in our house! My wife is so happy, she can enjoy her basement again! Thanks Kristian!

The first visit consultation and a quick inspection is free of charge. Andy seem to be very knowledgable depending on your specific pest issue. It's worth a try considering that they are willing to visit your home first time free of charge and give you the best advice and tips before you request a full inspection.

Herbie and Jimmy were professional and hardworking to get rid of any problem.

We brought in TrulyNolen after we detected termite activity. They said tenting was needed and we hired them for that. Soon after, we found there still was termite activity. They came back for a spot treatment and ever since that was the approach. They never got rid of the termites and refused to tent again in spite of us asking for that after a number of spot treatments. We kept extending the warranty in the hope the problem would get fixed, but it never was. The last 3 years it was tougher and tougher to get a technician to visit: always long waiting times and regularly they just didn’t show up in spite of an appointment. We kept asking for tenting as the problem never went away, and they kept insisting that wasn’t needed. In the end we gave up and let the contract expire after 6 renewals so a total of 7 years “warranty” as they basically refused to take correct action. When a new sales person called and said we could get back under contract and they would tent to take care of the problem, his boss overruled him. That boss agreed tenting was needed … which he didn’t while we were under warranty … and that that tenting for renewal would have to be paid. TrulyNolen is just trying to make as much money as they can and they don’t take care of their clients.

We have used Truly Nolen for years. Since moving to Florida, we knew we would want to be on contract with a pest control company. They come every 3 months and they were here today. In hiring this company, we did our due diligence and between neighbors recommendation to internet searching, we decided upon TN. I give this company ALL my stars. They know what they are doing, they are fair priced and their technicians are professional and friendly. Pest free is the goal, and Truly Nolan makes that possible. If there was a NEGATIVE five star rating, that’s what I would give this company’s Canadian operations at Oakville. After 1 year of service I had called them to cancel my contract- but these financial fraudsters kept billing me every month. When I called again, they said they never received any call. When challenged, he mentioned that they don’t keep phone records - so no way to track? The local manager went on to state that someone from the household called to ask for a follow up- when I mentioned my text message saying “do not come for any follow up”, he hung up on me. NEVER SIGN AN AUTO RENEWAL CONTRACT WITH TRULY NOLEN, and NEVER PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE with these guys.

Let me first say that the service the tech perform is is bar none, my issue is with the corporation itself and the way that they do billing.

When I first signed up with them in their customer support team I just wanted to try them out and pay for one-time service the gentlemen on the phone for some reason thought that I wanted to pay for the whole year so he charged me for the full year.

After a lot of back and forth, I became extremely frustrated and just decided to leave the contract.

Fast forward a year later, I receive a bill from them from my last service. The issue is that they never sent me anything stating that my contract was over and they just assumed that I want to continue using the service and just charge me anyway

I work in the customer service field and I have to say that is horrible customer service and there is horrible billing. Every service that I use that has a 3-month cycle 6-month cycle year cycle always ask you if you want to continue when you getting close to the end of the contract in their case they just continue charging that is unfair practices.

I am going to report them to the better Business bureau and I hope that they take a look at this.

I usually don't write reviews, but I need to warn others not to hire this company. Last year, I discovered that there were termites in the wooden structure that covers the ceiling of my house and called them. They said it was a specific type of termite called subterranean and that they would need to fumigate the entire floor around my house as well as the upper part. The poison was supposed to eliminate all activity under the house and also in the addict and areas above.

A week later, I called a contractor to replace the wood, and all the termites were still alive. I had to beg them to come back, and they only did so after I threatened to sue them. They convinced me to sign a contract stating that my house would be inspected once a year at no additional cost if the termites came back. They charged me the annual fee and came for the inspection, and to my surprise, they told me there were termites in my house but that the contract didn't cover that type of termite.

They are scammers -- do not hire them.

Unreliable. Technician showed up outside of the scheduled "window" so I wasn't home--> Rescheduled the appt and AGAIN showed up outside the scheduled window time. I have been trying to speak to a manager to get my treatment done, there's no way to directly speak to a manager, the operator says they'll pass along a message to be called back within 48 hours--> I didn't get a call back in 48 hours--> I called AGAIN and AGAIN they wouldn't put me through to a manager. I left a message that I'm available until 1pm and 3-5pm--> the manager called at 2:01pm, that's exactly during the small amount of time I was not available. I am now trying to reach the Corporate Office for assistance. Can someone from the Corporate office please contact me ASAP 561-445-4784.
