I recently had a solar battery installed by this company and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've been able to save approximately £110 a month on my electricity bill, which has made a significant impact on my household expenses. The installation process was efficient and the staff were knowledgeable and professional. We had an issue with deposit refund not happening quickly, but we are pleased to say that this has now been resolved to our complete satisfaction. Rather than just deleting our earlier negative review, we think it is better to let it be seen that the company resolves things professionally.

We are most grateful to Shane for his initial visit explaining everything about the battery for our 12 pv panels which we had installed about 11 years ago. We agreed on an installation date just before Christmas 2022 and Jack appeared to effect the installation as agreed. His work was of the highest quality and carried out with great care. He completed the task quickly, efficiently and with no fuss. There was one element of the installation which required an upgrade which Jack asked to be done by others remotely without which the battery could not be fully operational. After Christmas, he kindly monitored it from his home and found it was not working properly and so agreed with the Director, Shay, that he would return to carry out the upgrade for which he borrowed a USB stick. He duly returned very soon after Christmas and quickly brought the battery into operating status. We are delighted with the operation of the battery. We were particularly impressed with Jack’s devotion to the cause especially as it was over the Christmas/New Year period and his determination that it would all work perfectly which he would monitor. We are most grateful to him. We recommend Trusted Home Solutions and Jack’s work unreservedly.

From initial contact through installation and follow up the personnel of Trusted Home Solutions were very professional and friendly. The equipment suggested a battery system to support our PV Solar panels since installed has provided to be very effective and is genuinely saving us money. It has been so effective that I am considering enhancing our system.

Seem to be a very good company to deal with. Very polite and helpful over the phone answering any questions and queries simply and not using any technical jargon. The installers were very efficient and worked quickly and cleanly leaving no mess behind and explained the workings of the system. All we need now is some sun!!!!

From a phone call to Victotia coming, its all gone really well. Had a 6.5kw battery fitted this week. The engineer was very efficient and kept tidy. Explained it all to me at the end. Had a telephone call from the company, asking if everything is good. To phone them if any problems, happy to help.

Really impressed! I had a cold call regarding a new battery to go with my 10 year old solar panels and I agreed because it’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while now. I had a visit the next day from a surveyor called Kingsley. He was really helpful and explained it wouldn’t effect my generation meter and I could save well over £100 a month on my electricity. He wasn’t pushy and I was glad about that as I’m elderly now and don’t like that pressure. I came back to him a few days later and he came back to complete the paperwork and battery was installed a week later. Very impressed with the battery and service.

At first I was sceptical about this company as they cold called us! However, we are very pleased with our new solar panels. The surveyors and fitting team were very knowledgeable, they worked efficiently and stuck to the original agreed price.

Extremely pleased with the installation of our new solar battery, we also decided to have our inverter replaced whilst the team was here as it was nearly 12 years old. We would highly recommend this company, everything ran smoothly from beginning to end.
