If I could put no stars I would just like the other lady on here. What ever u do, stay away from these people. My order was cancelled in May we now in July and still no refund! They have promised and promised a refund by email but still nothing 2months later. Now they don't even answer. They lie they treat people how ever they want. Please please everyone stay clear. If everyone report them like I have they be closed down with any hope.

I had a contract phone whit this guys before make a contract they say to me after a year can upgrade a phone and now after a year and couple month they say was mistackle imform you and they say to make upgrade they put me to pay every month another 20£ on top of contract
The contract was for 2 iphone 16 pro and 16 pro max every month i pay 220£ more than years they are not honest they are liers guys

If I could give ZERO stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Issues receiving orders, tried to get a refund then told conflicting information, now it shows as store credit on my account and ghosted via online chat and unable to post any more message on their website. SHOCKING!!

Terrible customer service we’ve done what we was told to do and pay for a mobile phone signed all I d documents but can’t get straight answers of no one had other stuff before with no problem

Trying to say one of payment was late when it was not it was on line and now they are trying to say we are committed fraud when we not and it them that are committed fraud

Was dealt with respect and handled very well, very good experience I would recommend these if you are considering purchasing anything.

Went into town today for a nose and spotted this store as newly opened. Popped in and spoke to a girl named Kelsey she showed me the phones they offer cause I told her mine had broke, she explained everything and got me set up on the iPhone 16! Can't wait for my new phone, if you're in Wolverhampton deffo go and see them.
